Off to bed: The second bedroom with two single beds offers the children enough space for a fun pillow fight, but of course also for swimming trunks and co. The whole gang lives and eats in the cosy living and dining room. Because life revolves around the cooking pot anyway, as the saying goes: the way to the heart is through the stomach. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher. You can spend cosy evenings together or watch TV on the sofas in the living area. An elegant bathroom is available for the whole family, and the outdoor bathroom with shower provides a quick remedy for jams or longer waiting times.



The town of Can Picafort promises summer, sun and fun and is only about 5 km away, whether you are on your way to the weekly market, a restaurant or a shop. The town of Alcúdia is a wonderful tourist attraction. The Arab city wall surrounds a historic town centre with numerous shops selling local products in the pedestrian zone. The 1,700-hectare S'Albufera Nature Park is located right next to the villa and is the largest wetland area in the Balearic Islands. It is home to 200 species of birds and turtles. The number one visitor attraction is, of course, the fantastic beaches: Son Baulo, the bay of Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Son Real can be reached by car in just a few minutes and offer bathing fun for the whole family.
