« We had a heavy rainstorm on the first day of our trip, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom window frames. Communication was quick and a maintenance person was quickly on-site to patch it up. The only negative comment I have is regarding the painfully slow internet. If that won't be an issue for you during your stay, then this place is just about perfect. We loved the location. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean. And the effort to solve any problems we had was noticed...
