SUMMARY

Casa Intima captures the magic of New Mexico in a renovated 100-year-old adobe within walking distance of the Santa Fe Railyard and the Plaza. The home features diamond plaster walls, and is bursting with warmth and old world charm without sacrificing comfort.



LIVING AREA

The living room is centered around an authentic kiva fireplace and a 60-inch plasma TV. Perfect for an intimate evening. Casa Intima also features a dedicated workspace with a small pull-out desk for remote workers. In addition to that, the living room features a sofa sleeper.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, and are perfect for preparing and eating a home-cooked meal.



BED AND BATH

The bedroom contains a king bed and a TV, and has ample closet space. Experience timeless elegance with our clawfoot tub and shower combo—a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Please note, entry requires stepping into the tub and may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Casa Intima has two patio spaces that both have furniture for outdoor dining. The larger of which has a gas grill for cookouts! By closing the entrance gate, you can have a large secured outdoor space that is perfect for children and dogs.

PLEASE NOTE

-This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico`s dry climate.

-This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

Great location! We brought our e-bikes all over town! It was super convenient to all downtown activities. The parking was ample. We had a full size truck and it wasn’t a problem! Nice and quiet location. Shower in the tub was quaint but not too functional for a good long shower.The towels were wonderful and the details were well thought out all over the house! Highly recommend!

AMAZING location…

We had the best time! This little casita was exactly what we needed. It is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to The Plaza and The Railyard! If we ever venture back we will absolutely see if this listing is a available!

Comfy Adobe Home

Very cozy and comfortable adobe home in central location to all things Santa Fe. Quiet neighborhood and all of the amenities in the home to create an enjoyable get-away. We will return as soon as we can and plan to stay at the same property.

Very pleasant and convenient

The property has all needed amenities and more! Very nicely decorated and supplied, lovely outdoor space, ample parking inside a gated yard. check in and out quite fast and convenient. Just a few blocks (easy walk) to Plaza and rail yards. A block away from the river park and trail -convenient for walking dog. Although very centrally located, the street is very quiet. Evap cooler kept the house very cool on a very hot day. We will try to reserve this wonderful house again next year!

Warm and friendly spot to chill w/dog while hitting National Parks

This house was exactly what we wanted - handsome adobe structure with 1 bed, kitchen, and comfy living room. We brought a crate for our dog so he wouldn't get on the furniture. Everything was clean and the prop mgrs were great, they communicated ahead of time with all of the info we needed and replied quickly to questions. The gravel yard was fenced and gated which was great for our dog and for keeping our car inside. The fireplace with complementary wood was a really nice touch, big TV, fully kitted-out kitchen, nice decor - it was a really nice place to crash after walking through parks all day! Being able to do our laundry before heading home was great as well. Oh, and it's close to a bunch of great restaurants and art galleries.

Lovely pueblo, great location!

We stayed here with our two pups for a quick three day stay and absolutely loved it. The house had absolutely everything one would need as your own home. We didn't cook any meals but the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to downtown and surrounding areas. Grocery stores and a huge dog park were a quick 1.5 - 2 mile drive. The property manager was quick to answer questions about Santa Fe and even offered early check in even though we arrived in town exactly at 4pm. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone needing a fully stocked home in a great locations.

Great Place for a Santa Fe Vacation

Casa Intima was a delightful place to stay during our trip to Santa Fe. The house it self has plenty of room for a couple, nice outdoor sitting spaces and the swamp cooler was a blessing during the few days it got pretty warm outside! Very clean and quaint

We loved our stay here! Small but just enough room for my husband and I and our two dogs! We loved the large fenced in area, just wish there was some grass…but not really expected in Santa Fe. House was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snack were a very nice touch! Great location as well. Easy walk to the railyard and to the plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

Two Casitas

The Casita was very cozy, we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, and during the day enjoying sunshine on the patio was a plus. The location was convenient to the center of Santa Fe; walking to the farmers market, downtown restaurants etc. The king bed was very comfortable. It was everything we hoped for a pleasant stay in Santa Fe.

Much-Needed Rejuvenation

It had been a very rough few months for me, having just lost both parents within two months of one another. My husband and I decided that as soon as we were able, we'd get out of town for a change of scenery, a breath of fresh air and some much-needed relaxation. I was so happy to find this casita through VRBO, so we booked it. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything was just perfect. I could have spent all four days in the gigantic and comfy bathtub! The personalized "welcome" card and complimentary goodies were such a nice touch. The casita is within walking distance from the Plaza, but enough away that it's nice and quiet at night. I highly recommend!

Great Little Place in Santa Fe

Terrific location between the Railyard and the Plaza. Spotless, clean and comfortable for a couple to stay in Santa Fe. One of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed at. Reservation, check-in, checkout process was easy. A question about extending our stay was promptly answered by the owner. We definitely will stay at a Two Casitas property when we return to Santa Fe.

A lovely, comfortable and well equipped home close to downtown Santa Fe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Intima. The home was spotless and very well equipped, nicely decorated and comfortable and the property manager was very attentive. It is located within walking distance of the downtown square, some restaurants and museums, although having a car offers more options. The Railyard and Canyon Road are both easily reachable and the neighborhood is cute and funky.

Adorable casita!

The location of our casa was outstanding! We walked to the Square every day with ease, and yet the subdivision is quiet and the private courtyard was wonderful. There is every amenity you could require in the casita, and the decor is charming and extremely functional and comfortable. Will definitely try to rent this again the next time we are in Santa Fe.

Relaxing getaway and ideal location for city walking—no car needed!

The location of the property was ideal for my sister, dog and me. Each morning we walked a few blocks to and through the Plaza, then over to Canyon Rd. In the evening we went to the park close-by, then walked along the Santa Fe River area to another park. For lunch we walked to La Choza for take-away. The three days we were there, we only used our car once. Each morning we drank our coffee in our little private patio, with plenty of space for my dog to discover the fully enclosed yard...and the interior of the home...comfortable bed, relaxing living room and kitchen. I will definitely book this lovely casita again!
