'About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

'Full of super cockroaches, not cleaned, smells bad, not ventilated, lights are not working in one bedroom and in the living area. My kids were affraid and chose not to stay with us in the appartement during the holiday. If you go complaint at RMS properties locally nobody cares and just heard from the renting agent Belvilla that it will take weeks for a resolution.
