Villa Sunrise View is a spacious luxury residence with a stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean, near Funchal, ideal for a family stay or group of friends.



Beyond its basic conditions, which stand out for its wide and very calm and tranquil surrounding areas, it has been adapted and equipped for tourist accommodation, thus bringing together all the conditions for an excellent stay with high standards of quality and comfort.



In terms of compartmentalisation, this dwelling offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, with one suite boasting a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean and 3 double rooms all with sea views, one of them adapted for guests with reduced mobility; a spacious kitchen and a huge living room, all carefully equipped.



On the outside, in addition to the swimming pool and the vast sunbathing area, there are rest and socialising spaces, with a splendid view over the Atlantic Ocean, where guests can also enjoy a barbecue to prepare and savour meals in the open air.



Located in a very calm and peaceful area, about 10 minutes from the city centre of Funchal, and 5 minutes from Cristiano Ronaldo Airport, next to the motorway, which allows you to easily explore and discover the beautiful island of Madeira.



Villa Sunrise View is located in a calm residential area with easy access, near Funchal and with privileged road connections to the main axes of Madeira Island.



We inform you in advance that our check-ins at 22:00 and after have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid to the host in cash upon arrival.
