The Space:

Two separate bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen will comfortably accommodate a family or a company of two couples.

The Neighborhood:

Garajau is a quiet, cozy village just seven kilometers from Funchal, known for its reserved bay with a wonderful beach and the famous statue of Jesus, built a year earlier than in Rio do Janeiro. The apartments are located in the center of the country road, cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport stops are just a step away from the apartments.



Getting Around:

The apartments are located near all transport interchanges. The nearest bus stop is 300 m from the building. A trip to Funchal will take you 20-25 minutes. About the same to the airport. The route is very simple. We will send you the coordinates of the apartments and instructions. We can order for you an individual transfer from / to the airport..



Other Things to Note:

* Secure Covered Parking: Enjoy the benefit of a protected parking spot off the street. The remote control for the garage is provided inside the apartment. Having a secure place for your car is a significant advantage in this central area.

* Family Amenities: A foldable baby cot is available upon request for €10 per night (capped at a maximum of €60 per stay). Please let us know in advance if you need one.

* The lock downstairs is sometimes a bit difficult to open (the building has many entrances, you have to use the one on your very right (close to the parking gate). Please use this technique : insert key, then withdraw it very slightly and lift it up; then turn anti clockwise. Or... just use the remote to access the building via the parking :)
