This charming 100m² duplex apartment is ideally located in Caniço. It is on the fifth floor via lift and within walking distance of top attractions, beautiful beaches, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living area is designed for comfort. It features a cosy couch to relax on while watching TV, and a dining table to share your meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and necessary cookware and cutlery. A small sunroom for laundry, including a washing machine and ironing equipment.

The master bedroom includes a double bed, a large wardrobe for organising and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single beds and plenty of storage. The third bedroom, upstairs, has a comfortable single bed, a support desk and clothes organisers.

A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The lovely balcony provides a beautiful view and a small table and chairs, the perfect place for a morning coffee. Guests have access to the beautiful swimming pool of the building.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Located in the charming area of Caniço, Madeira, this spot offers a wonderful mix of coastal beauty and local life. Guests can enjoy easy access to stunning viewpoints, scenic coastal walks, and natural swimming pools. The Cristo Rei viewpoint is nearby, offering breathtaking panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding cliffs.

Caniço also provides convenient connections to both the city of Funchal and the island’s eastern attractions, such as the Laurisilva forest and traditional villages. Whether you're seeking a relaxed coastal vibe or eager to explore Madeira’s landscapes and hiking trails, this area offers a great base for an unforgettable stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Free parking is available in the garage.

The nearest bus station, Calcada, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
