I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness due to overhead vents are caked with dust, kitchen Shark vacuum had sticky hardened liquid on it (however it worked great), kitchen garbage can foot petal is broken (lid has to opened with hand each time you use it). « This home provides a great place for a family to stay comfortably. The open concept living area includes comfortable furniture, a cute dining table and a kitchen which is spacious enough for meal prep. Appliances are new and kitchen prep basics (knives, few pots, etc) are present. Note: front bedroom has 2 steps down and 2 steps up to adjoining bathroom; rest of house is without stairs. « We visited Santa Clara University also made a day trip to Pebble Beach during our quick trip. This location and place was perfect. The house was very clean, nice and comfortable for our family of 5 and close to restaurants and shopping (Santana Row). The owners are very thoughtful. The home had coffee, snacks, bottles of waters, games and there were no issues with parking. »

« Problems with flushing toilet, loose seal on refrigerator/spoiled food, very noisy air conditioner. Had to re-wash most of the dishes & utensils left in the dish drain, greasy stove burners. Check-in process was dicey; required several tries each time getting door to unlock. Also there is one picture on the Vrbo website that turned out to be obviously from some other suite, showing a view out a sliding glass window onto an inviting-looking patio. »

« Unit had horrible fish-like smell, and long story short we were given a spray the cleaning people use to try to remove it. The smell would not go away, so I asked to be moved to a different room (keep in mind this is already 11 pm at night). A new room is given, but when I went to see it before moving our belongings it reeked of pure cigarettes. The gentlemen couldn’t find another unit, so he gave an alternative to pay more to get two rooms instead to accommodate my stay and avoid the smell. It...

« L'hôtel est magnifique, il est neuf. Tout est très propre. La literie sublime avec un matelas à mémoire de forme et en 2 m de largeur. L'appartement est grand, dressing, lave linge et sèche linge de grande taille et neufs. La perfection va même jusqu'au modulateur de lumière. Sur le toit vous trouverez une piscine assez grande mais d'une profondeur de 3 pieds uniquement, bien pour les enfants. Une salle de sport très bien équipée et assez grande. Et surtout d'un jacuzzi et de grands BBQ à gaz....
