Villa Hibiscus offers laid-back open plan living with a fabulous sea view. Relax in the pretty garden, unwind by the pool, or enjoy al-fresco dining on the front terrace with loungers and BBQ. The roof terrace has seating with spectacular views across the valley and and Cala Torret coastline. Both the roof terrace and pool area are gated for the safety of children.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Binibeca's sandy beach, bar Paupa at the marina, and a selection of restaurants, bakery and supermarket at Cala Torret.

All three bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans, and the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is wifi for anyone that wants to remain connected, a 40” HD smart TV and a Sonos music system.

Car hire is not necessary to enjoy the local area during the Summer season, but for those wishing to explore the unspoilt island and it’s many beautiful beaches and attractions, a car would be recommended.

Out of the main season the island is popular with walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers (Cami de Cavalls), bird watchers (s'albufera des grau is a resting place for migrating birds) and foodies looking to enjoy the island’s varied gastronomy. Binibeca is quiet during this time and we would advise hiring a car but the spring and autumn low seasons are well worth a visit.
