The cool, white marés stone terrace has two 60-year-old palm trees providing shade and ambience, alongside a floodlit pool, sun loungers, parasols and a large veranda with a large sliding roof. A tiled outdoor shower adds to the comfort. The outdoor area also includes a cosy terrace with pergola, a guest house with its own terrace with sea views and a covered barbecue and bar area - perfect for sunset meals. The rustic dining area seats 12 people and is equipped with an open fireplace, a gas barbecue and a Mallorcan oven.



Inside, the villa is elegantly decorated with marble and furnished by designer Günter Lambert. The open-plan living and dining area has a large dining table, comfortable sofas, modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The main house has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite), while the rustic-style guest house offers two further bedrooms (air-conditioned) and a bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort all year round.

Here you can immerse yourself in the rural idyll of Mallorca, but are also only a few minutes away from the coastal town of Costa de los Pinos or the lively artists' town of Artà. Close to the house you will find unspoilt bays such as Cala Petita or Cala Varques as well as kilometres of sandy beaches. Four golf courses are just a few minutes away by car.
