This house is distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Each room consists of a double bed and fitted wardrobes, with a capacity of 6 people. Completely heated. The house has high speed Wifi and Hifi equipment. In the exterior of the house we have a beautiful garden to rest and sunbathe, and as not to enjoy good barbecues. On the second floor we find a small terrace for breakfast. In the solarium we have the relaxation area par excellence with your Balinese bed to enjoy the best sunsets on the island. The house is located just 5 minutes from the beach!

Séjour Ibiza entre amis

Location très belle, très propre, avec un roof top très sympa pour les apéros du soir entre amis ! Piscine "commune" (nous y étions tout le temps seul) à 10 mètres du logement. Accueil très sympa !!! A recommander

Lovely house with great roof terrace

Lovely house with lots of outdoor seating areas although we mainly used the roof terrace which had great views of the sunset. As we were here in October it was really quiet. The pool is shared (which I hadn’t realised) and although not far didn’t have many sun beds so didn’t use it. Perfect place to stay with friends

La villa est très bien située sur l'ile. Très belle villa sur 2 étage et avec une magnifique terrasse aménagée. La villa est très bien équipée et ne manque de rien. Les 3 chambre sont grandes. La piscine commune est grande et très plaisante. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments et recommandons cette location en famille ou entre amis.

Lovely villa with amazing sunsets from roof top

Would highly recommend this villa. My husband and I stayed with my son and his girlfriend and my daughter and her best friend so 6 of us in total for 10 nights. Villa easily accommodated us all. The roof top area is the icing on the cake with its beautiful views and sunsets.The garden area is a good size with 3 loungers, outside sofa and dining table with BBQ. The pool is located just outside the back gate of garden and most of the time we had to ourselves. Very good size pool and even when others using it still plenty of space. Good super market just a 10 minute walk from property. I would recommend a car if you want to explore. To get a taxi into San Antonio or old town was a short walk to local pick up point. There was also a bus service close to the taxi pick up point. Cala Tarida beach is a 5 minute walk and is beautiful with a few beach clubs to choose from including Cottons. There were plenty of towels including beach towels at property and utility cupboard with everything you need. We had an amazing time at this villa and location very sad to leave

Dream friends’ trip to the beach in Ibiza

The location is very desirable. 20 mins from airport by taxi and 10 minutes walking from a well serviced beach with 4 different chair/umbrella stations for hire and plenty of room to spread out on the sand. The wide sandy beach here is a series of two coves protected on all sides so great for young or less confident swimmers and waders. Generally very shallow with small waves. Five beach restaurants to choose from, each with a different menu and price point, so lots of selection for members of any kind of party. There is a kind of beachy department store and a grocery store with fresh and shelf stable foods about 20 minutes by foot either by beach or by paved road with sidewalks. The house itself is a dream. Organized over 2 floors with private terraces on ground and first floors with the entire roof comprising a sunny and breezy terrace. No worries about security as all the windows and doors on the ground floor come equipped with security shutters and a monitored security system. The kitchen is very well equipped. Freezer for ice and a big refrigerator for fresh food, beverages, and plenty of dish ware and cookware for eating in. The house even comes with beach towels for the pool, beach, or lounging in the hammock, upholstered outdoor bed, or any of the comfortable lounge chairs. I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommendable!

Buena ubicación

Muy buena ubicación. Puedes ir andando a una de las mejores calas de Ibiza. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para una estancia de vacaciones. Por comentar algo diría que he echado de menos que alguna habitación tuviera dos camas en vez de una de matrimonio.

La casa es perfecta, está ubicada en muy buena zona, cerca en coche de las calas más populares. La piscina comunitaria muy tranquila. Limpieza de 10. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, sábanas, toallas, etc etc. Las vistas desde el solarium son increíbles. El contacto con Germán ha sido muy bueno, resolviendo cualquier duda que pudiéramos tener. Great villa for our short stay!

We were 3 couples on the island for a friend's wedding who stayed in the villa for 4 nights at the end of August. When we arrived the villa was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a self catering break. The ground floor garden with loungers and a large communal table provides a great space to relax and the rooftop terrace is fantastic as well. The pool area was very quiet but easily accessible and had no complaints with that. The bedrooms were ideal with plenty of storage space and air conditioning throughout. There are bars and restaurants nearby at the beachfront and a Spar within about 20 minutes walk that, although small, is very well stocked and has most of the items you would need. There is also a small pharmacy in the same are if needed. The owner of the villa was a great help in answering questions, both before we travelled and when we were in Ibiza - really appreciate the help and patience! All in all, would highly recommend this villa for people travelling with other couples or as a family - we had a fantastic stay and hope others do in future too!

Perfect stay

We booked the villa in Cala Tarida Mirador as our daughter was getting married at Cas Mila, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. It was around a 20 minute walk to Cala Tarida beach but only 5 minutes or so by car. The villa is clean, well equipped with everything you need, the furniture is modern and of a very good standard and everything is very well maintained. There is an abundance of towels and bed linens available for use as well as lots of kitchen equipment , glasses etc. The garden is ample with a BBQ, outside eating, comfy seating and sunbathing areas. The pool is just through the back gate and is well maintained. The roof terrace is lovely and the Balinese bed is just perfect for watching the sunset. Nothing was too much trouble and when we had a problem with a sunbed it was quickly resolved. Ibiza is beautiful and there's lots of little coves to visit, I would recommend this villa and we will hopefully be holidaying here again soon.

Vacaciones de lujo en un entorno único

Pasamos 10 días de vacaciones en familia. La casa además de súper equipada,limpia y muy cómoda. Tanto la piscina como la zona chill Out de la terraza le dan un plus de calidad a una casa ya de por sí amplia y acogedora. En cuanto a la ubicación no podría ser mejor,cerca de las mas hermosas calas y a un paso de zonas muy turísticas sin perder tranquilidad. Resaltar el gran trato que nos dispensó en todo momento el propietario atento a los más pequeños detalles más allá de lo estrictamente establecido. Esperamos volver porque nos hemos sentido realmente como en casa.

We stayed in 6 people at Cala Tarida Mirador villa, and it was amazing. The villa is clean, wide, well furnished, modern furniture, with a big garden, nice swimming pool and a really nice view from the top. We enjoyed very much our stay. Also the service (to arrive at the villa and during our stay) was perfect. I strongly recommend this villa for a stay in Ibiza.

La villa es perfecta!! Equipada al completo. Lugar muy tranquilo. Vistas y ubicación excepcionales.

Estamos encantados!! La villa es muy bonita y provista de todo lo que podíamos necesitar. Todo cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Está ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila.Perfecta para ir con niños. Puedes ir andando a Cala Tarida que es una cala muy bonita. Disfrutamos varios días de la terraza superior, que tiene una puesta de sol espectacular y por la noche es un lujo tomarse algo viendo la luna reflejada en el mar. En cuanto al trato esquisito. Germán, el dueño, nos atendía a los mensajes muy rápido y hasta le pedimos una cuna mas ( la casa ya tenía una y necesitábamos dos) y cuando llegamos allí la teníamos nueva. Además Indira que es la encargada de darnos las llaves, nos acompañó a la casa, incluso nos llevó a un súper para que pudiéramos compar para la primera noche. Sin duda recomendaremos la casa y si volvemos a la isla intentaremos volver a esta villa.
