Located in S’Agaró, one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the Costa Brava, the apartment is laid out on a single floor, allowing direct access to the spectacular terrace shown in the photos. From this privileged spot, you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view: the full stretch of Sant Pol beach, part of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and the prestigious La Gavina residential area.

The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa — perfect for relaxing with a meal or a drink after a day at the beach.

The spacious living-dining room, furnished with a sofa, table, chairs, and a TV, connects directly to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy sea views from inside the apartment.
