Nestled in the quiet hills of a residential area, just a short distance from the center of Sanremo, CASA EGLE is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday with all the comforts of the city close at hand.

The spacious living room welcomes guests with a comfortable corner double sofa bed, complemented by a footstool pouf, a TV unit, and a wall-mounted dining table (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The warm shades of the parquet flooring create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by red and orange decor accents that bring energy and vibrancy to the space. A French door opens onto the furnished terrace with a table for four, from which you can glimpse the sea between the rooftops and trees of the city. The adjacent wooden kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook independently. The bright and well-kept double bedroom offers a large wardrobe with doors to help organize the space efficiently. The bathroom, decorated with a mosaic pattern, is complete with a shower and a washing machine.

A charming private garden is furnished with an outdoor lounge set, perfect for relaxing in the open air.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment offers private parking within the condominium area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the renowned Ariston Theatre, the cultural heart of Sanremo, as well as the Casino, elegant shopping streets, the seafront promenade "Passeggiata dell’Imperatrice", and the golden beaches—ideal for a sunny day by the sea. There are also many places full of history and charm, such as the Russian Orthodox Church with its unmistakable domes, or La Pigna, the picturesque medieval village offering unforgettable views and a trip back in time. By car, take the exit for Sanremo from the E80 motorway and follow GPS directions. The property is about 2 minutes away.

By train, Sanremo Station is well connected to many towns along the Riviera. From there, take bus line 14/7 and get off at the "Semeria Galletto" stop. The property is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
