The Space:

The layout is optimized for relaxation with a primary bedroom boasting a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is perfect for family or additional guests with 2 cozy single beds. A separate den with a twin sleeper sofa adds versatility to the space. The living area is comfortably furnished and connects to a full kitchen equipped with all necessary cookware and dining utensils. Guests can enjoy meals at the dining table or on the private patio. The condo includes modern conveniences such as smart TV;s and cable, wireless internet, and washer & dryer in the condo. Whether you are relaxing indoors or exploring the island, this condo provides a functional and stylish sanctuary for your vacation.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, beach access, and tennis court during their stay.



PARKING:

Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Each unit has one reserved parking space. Park in the parking space reserved for your unit number only. Non-reserved spaces are extremely limited and may not be available. All motorized vehicles parked in non-reserved spaces must also display a valid parking permit. Permits may be obtained from the Pointe Santo office. No RVs, trailers, jet skis or boats are allowed



The Neighborhood:

Pointe Santo is one of the most exclusive developments on Sanibel Island and highly sought after for its amenities and first rate location. Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay Road. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, with plenty of options for dining an shopping, as well as a short drive to JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

Guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to checking into this property

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space they desire while on vacation.
