« We had the best time during our stay! Everything was absolutely top notch… the owners communicated very well, the home was beautiful, the inside was clean, and the farm was amazing!! We loved seeing all of the animals and we enjoyed the serenity of the farm! We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area and we highly recommend staying here. »

« The house was very clean and has all the modern amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the few people we saw were friendly. There is a public housing building down the street but it is not in use and most of the neighborhood is single family homes. The house is close to downtown and off the main road so getting around Sanford is easy and quick. Check out the Sanford Antique mall while you are here! »

« This property offered everything we were looking for to have most of my family together for my son's wedding. We already are a close family but being able to spend time in this setting was amazing. Melissa was also so responsive which made our stay that much better. Thank you! »

« This place was beautiful, peaceful and defiantly the place for children and family to relax and enjoy a vacation, besides the issue with the alarm that was taken care of in a timely manner, i appreciate the communication and being an excellent HOST!!! Phenomenal!!! The pictures are exactly what you get and that is what i love no surprise or it was not there. What you see is what you get and that is a 10000/10.I will stay here 10000000 more times, also my family was in love with this place just...

« Property was beautiful, spacious, and CLEAN! Perfect for our family ending a place for a soccer tournament. Plenty of room to spread out, kids had fun in the pool, and all the comforts of home. Had several questions that were answered promptly. Highly recommend!! »

« Hold a work event. We were all work colleagues hence maximizing private accommodations was paramount. The property offered 10 beds and all independent of each other. Very clean. Main house had good amenities. And plenty of space. A nice secluded location. Very quiet, yet only 10 mins away from downtown Sandford and 35 minutes away from Cary and South Raleigh. Recommended »

« First time in a VRBO. Enjoyed stay, didn't like no mention of cleaning fees until checkout process during reservation. Cleaning fees doubled price of stay alone when compared to advertised price. Everything else was good to go. »
