'Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out.'

'I stay each time I travel to Brisbane. Plenty of undercover parking, close to transport links ( I catch the bus to the city) and a new, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. The rooms are outstanding and the mini kitchen has everything you need for a prolonged stay. The kitKat gift and water is an appreciated touch. The rooms are spotless and well appointed and the beds are divine. Fluffy towels and very nice toiletries - I will continue to be s repeat customer when in Brisbane.'

'A great place to stay staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and also very quiet. Bed comfortable, One minute walk to Royal Qld Yacht Squadron club where you receive member ship prices for motel guests also easy walk into town cates beach parks etc. Ideal location, great staff and facilities. 'Locatie ligt net buiten Brisbane, maar wel dichtbij het vliegveld. De naam Shangri La doet vermoeden dat het aan de grote keten verbonden is, maar dit lijkt een onafhankelijke uitbater te zijn. Het interieur van de kamer is wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. En gratis parkeren voor de deur is een pre. Het gratis ontbijt, stelt niet heel veel voor, maar wel prettig om iets te hebben in de ochtend voor vertrek als je vroeg bij het vliegveld moet zijn. Op de locatie zelf is niet veel te doen, wel...

'Good room facilities ie. lounge, small table and chairs, kettle and toaster. The shower had excellent water pressure, nice towels and complimentary shampoo and shower cap appreciated. Handy location for an overbight stay and reasonably quiet even with traffic nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable.'

'We were only here for one night, it was more of a stop over than anything else, so we didn't venture into the city center. There is a huge Westfield mall within walking distance of the hotel so we spent some time there: absolutely amazing outside food area. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful: there was a problem with the fridge in our room and we were immediately offered another room. Ample parking and a decent breakfast spread; all in all recommend '
