I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!

This place is right on the water with two decks to choose from. It is also right downtown where all the shopping and dining is at. It was super quiet, the parking spot is directly by the door and perfectly clean. We were welcomed with some nice music, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. It was also walking distance to a huge beach and play ground. It doesn’t get any better than this! Can’t wait to stay when we come back!!

Best Located Luxury Condo in Sandpoint!

Family of 5 adults stayed for a 2 night ski trip. The condo felt brand new and was spotless! Gorgeous and comfortable furnishings and open layout. The beds and linens were heavenly. We used the dryer for our wet ski clothes both days, very handy. We played board games at the big dining table and we all fit comfortably on the large sectional sofa to watching football games! The condo was in an ideal location. We walked to all the restaurants, bars, and shops without ever having to get in our car! The building was private and quiet! The property manager was very helpful and answered our questions promptly! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo in downtown Sandpoint

What a great place to spend a getaway! This condo seemed brand new. All of the finishes were beautiful and it was decorated so tastefully. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location on one end of the main downtown street was perfect. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this spot!

Perfect Location in Sandpoint, ID

We went there on the (probably) last hot summer weekend. This beautiful furnished, decorated and well-equipped loft is located in the heart of Sandpoint. Shopping, Restaurants and Beach - everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed every morning the sunrise with an outstanding view to the marina and a nice cup of espresso on one of the two balconies. Every room has its own AC unit, what makes it very comfortable in the summer heat. The loft is equipped with all you need, just bring your food or enjoy one of the many good restaurants in downtown Sandpoint. Parking is very convenient right in front of the entry door. All communication with Kat was outstanding. She provided all the information you need on time in a very kindly manner. Questions will be answered immediately. This vacation loft is highly recommended.

Great location

We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere...city beach, shops and restaurants downtown, marina... It was great having coffee overlooking the marina, but it was facing east and it was already so hot by 9am. The air-conditioning was a life saver. The space is well-designed and modern appreciated by my teens. The description said it sleeps 6, but the sofas are not a fold-out so not the best accommodation for a family of 5 with older kids. My 16 year old son slept on the couch as is. I wish it would have had blinds throughout the living space to block out the sun especially in the area my son was sleeping. Also, I must have assumed two washrooms, so it was tight with the 5 of us and only one washroom. Otherwise, for the two nights we were there it was fine.
