This home is your home away from home. You can Golf/Hike or just lay by the pool. Our home is ready for you and your family. It’s a beautiful fully furnished clean home. Over 2300 SF of living space. 1 bedroom/bathroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs. Our home is stocked with everything you need. It has a private pool (no heat) with covered patio, outdoor furniture, fast speed Wifi, washer/dryer (soap is included) and 2 A/C Units. Enjoy free Starbucks Coffee and Pancake mix & Syrup.

We are always available for your questions or any concerns that you may have. We will give you a code for access to the house a few days before your arrival.

All your amenities are within 5 minutes away. (Fry's Grocery store, Walmart, Walgreens, several restaurants & Starbucks.
This property is located approximately 45 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport & 15 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport.

The whole house is available for you and your family. We have a keyless entry and will give you a code a few days before your arrival.

Uber and Lyft are both available in San Tan Valley. At nonpeak times you can get to and from the Phoenix Airport for approx. $80 round trip.

We would love for you to stay in our home for your vacation. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with several parks and walking trails.

Our pool is not heated however, I would say the pool is great for swimming about 9 months out of the year. Feel free to swim the other months but it may be cold.

We love animals. We have a Boston Terrier named Hugo the BOSS MAN and we have a 6 month old Boston named Fritz. Your dogs or cats are welcomed here anytime.

Please make sure they are not left alone in the house. Animals don't like to be left alone.
