« From the moment we booked the apartment, Esperanza was fantastic with communication. She greeted us promptly when we arrived and even helped us with our luggage to our car when we left. The apartment has amazing decor, in an 18th century renovated stone house (no noise other than the wind and sea birds when the windows were open).
