« the cleanliness of the home needs improvement as we felt like it wasn’t “ready” to be rented out. the floors were sticky. it wasn’t vacuumed or mopped. the outside/backyard area had a lot of trash and the bins were full. the power in the house shut off and the heater didn’t work throughout the night and we were freezing. it was unfortunate that the host wasnt replying until the next morning when we were checking out. »
