House of new and careful construction of wood and stone within a farm of 3000 m² with private pool, vineyard of centenary vines and spectacular views of the Sierra de Francia.
It has 4 double rooms to accommodate 8/9 people and three bathrooms. A spacious living room with fireplace and direct access to the vineyard that surrounds the house through its splendid terrace facing south. The spectacular glass of this unit allows you to enjoy the wonderful views of the environment just a few meters from a centenary vineyard from which you can see the rondin and the tower of the Castle of the Biosphere of the fifteenth century. Its two environments allow you to enjoy relaxation and common activities in an incomparable setting.

The kitchen-dining room is very spacious and fully equipped. From this you can go to the terrace of the vineyard and a patio sheltered with dining table and barbecue, very suitable for informal meals and celebrations.

The house is very bright exterior, its south facade fully glazed allows you to enjoy wonderful views of the mountains of France and the castle of San Martin.
Upon entering the house you reach the common area of the house, a large living room with two rooms and spectacular views creating a place for rest.
Its fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere on winter days.
Next is the fully equipped kitchen-dining room.
In this access area there is a full bathroom.
The corridor communicates three of the rooms decorated with a modern and cozy design. From this corridor there is access to the north terrace, very wide with views of the Linar, also known as the Dehesa de San Martín.
It has four double rooms and one of them with the possibility of an additional bed.
Of careful decoration, they offer a warm and current ideal environment for a good rest. Fully equipped, they have very comfortable mattress and pillow beds.
Outside there is a magnificent terrace next to the vineyard surrounded by the landscape of the Biosphere Reserve that ten meters from the Castle of San Martin, offers a privileged and unique environment.
The large barbecue allows our guests to enjoy pleasant meals and dinners in a large patio that we access from the kitchen.
Its northern terrace, is very cool in the summer months and from this one can contemplate the place of "El Linar", also known as La Dehesa de San Martín.
