'This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!'

'The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.'

'You can’t beat the location, close to the pier and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Very relaxing to start and end the day on the patio.
