« The house is nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, we enjoyed being close to the main markets. We found the streets around the area very busy. Too much noise coming from heavy traffic. Merchants with loud speakers and loud music from the restaurant and bars next door all day long. But most everything was at a walking distance. And two parking lots on the same street was very helpful as well. »

"A wonderful hotel with a great historical past. The gardens are very beautiful with colourful Bugambilia and flamboyant trees. The rooms haven’t been renovated in a very long time and the bathrooms are basic, but the pool is certainly the best in the historical center. The service is exceptional. It also feels very safe with guards posted at every entrance."

"Accueil excellent, personnel réactifs, aidants, souriants. L'établissement est beau, bien décoré, une demeure coloniale. Un peu plus de maintenance semble nécessaire dans les détails. Pommeau de douche très vieux et qui aurait besoin de tremper dans du vinaigre pour éliminer le calcaire qui bouche les trous, manque les cordons pour allumer le ventilateur de plafond. Chambre assez petite et très propre, salle de bain aussi. Bonne literie !! Position centrale a deux pas de la cathédrale et du zocalo, des restaurants, centre d'artisanat, marchés etc. Je recommande :) "

"La limpieza de los cuartos y de las áreas comunes estuvieron súper bien, el personal en general muy amables. Pero en el área del restaurante no fue muy de mi agrado, se tardan en servir y las sillas están manchadas y da la impresión de un lugar sucio, el sabor no era bueno de los alimentos. El capitán muy atento a las mesas "

"On ne peut que recommander cet hôtel. L emplacement, les chambres , la décoration du lobby, la piscine . Tout est parfait. Très bon service et grande gentillesse du personnel. Il faut simplement faire attention au choix de la largeur du lit .Le lit de base en chambre double est assez petit.Nous avons changé de chambre et très gentiment ils ne nous ont pas compté de supplément."
