The BEACH PAD- A Beachfront, Full Ocean View Apartment

The BEACH Pad -my modern- luxurious, beach front and ocean view apartment. At a spacious 750 sq. feet, you will have access to your private balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the Atlantic ocean. The view is 180 degrees from left to right without any obstruction. The living room has a 75" tv, with a Sonos sound bar. Relax to music, have a glass of wine or cup of coffee made from the Nespresso coffee machine provided, and listen to the ocean waves, as all your stress melts away.

Must stay for a relaxing vacation

Amazing location in very close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber to old San Juan. We were greeted at the condo and given a tour which was helpful. We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent. We were even provided a bag of ice and a small cooler. I highly suggest booking here because it will not disappoint.

Great View and Well Appointed

The view is awesome - we spent most of our time just sitting either on the balcony or in the living room looking out the window. Right outside the window are two drink/food stands one of which plays beach music from 11am to 6pm (reggae, EDM, etc). We loved the vibe. Plenty of restaurants around. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and Manish handled sent his colleague Jorge to fix it very promptly. Great communication on the checkin and checkout. The apartment had everything we needed.

Awesome host and Property

Mannish sets the bar for how to be a VRBO host. And the location is awesome. Really got the feel of the heart beat for Candado Beach. The best part was the sound of the waves, I have been at quite a few beach condo's but never one where the sound of ocean was so crisp. Lulls you to sleep

This is where you wanna stay!

Stayed here June 19 thru 22, 2023 for my 40th Birthday! My wife & I had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico because of this condo! The location was perfect, the condo was awesome & the host was awesome! I cant say enough about it but this is where you wanna stay! Its in the heart of everything Condado & old San Juan is 15mins away by car. Manish(host) was awesome! He greeted us at the condo for early check in & showed us how to access everything & where parking was located which is directly across the street in Marriott secured parking lot. This condo has everything you need inside of it & is located directly on the beach, literally! His food suggestions were right on point as well. We did alot while we there... jet skis @ kennys jet ski, night Kayaking, toured old San Juan, Bacardi Rum tour. We ate all over the place but our favorite was Bebo Cafe's which is about 10mins drive from the condo. And Oyster shack which is a 5min walk from the condo, we Love Oysters! Definitely had a great time & we look forward to returning soon which the kids. If your a couple and looking to have a romantic stay right on the beach in the heart of everything this is where you wanna stay. Thanks again Manish!

Paradise at the Beach

This was by far the best experience I've ever had booking through VRBO. Manish is the ultimate host. I could write a whole review on how awesome he is. Before arrival he was quick to respond to my questions. Upon arrival he met us at the property, helped us unload and got us settled and throughout the week he checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. As far as the condo goes you really can't find a better condo directly on the beach. Everything in the condo was clean and new. Manish really thought of everything you could possibly need or want while on vacation. Our favorite part about the condo was sitting on the balcony enjoying a drink and listening to the waves. This is the only place I will consider staying when we return to Puerto Rico.

This was the best trip I have ever experienced thx to Manish. I have stayed at countless places around the world. The place was perfect - clean, better appliances and furnishing that we have at home, than we have at home, comfy bed, literally on the beach - no bs. Walking to everything...I would highly recommend this property - he went above and beyond. We are so grateful for his hospitality and attention to detail - ready to help in minutes...

Awesome Condo, Location and Host!

Can’t say enough positive comments about our stay! Mannish met us and helped with multiple loads of luggage and food carrying up to the condo! Mannish explained the security system and where everything was located in the condo! We couldn’t figure out the stove top so he came back the next morning to show us how it worked. Mannish texted a couple times throughout our stay to see if we needed anything! The view was amazing from the balcony and we saw sunrises and the full moon over the ocean. A lot of cruise ships and freighters were in the distance giving a beautiful setting on the ocean. Great public beach to enjoy and so, so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We definitely will highly recommend this condo and sure hope we can come back and stay here again!!

Manish has thought of almost everything to make your visit smooth when arriving and enjoyable while staying. He sends a series of videos to show you exactly how to enter the property and apartment, with a helpful tour of the apartment itself. The apartment is all new, is very well thought out, and has quality furnishings and appliances. You'll find unexpected features such as great air conditioning; a couch with motorized controls for the head and leg rests (and built-in USB chargers for your phones); a very well equipped kitchen -- unlike a lot of VRBOs we have stayed in, which seemed to have hand-me-down cast off utensils, cookware, etc. -- here, you really could cook full meals; and a bed with controls to set to your sleep preferences (even a massage setting!). Manish went way above and beyond what most people do to furnish a rental property. There is a bit of noise to be expected, but not enough to present a problem. At times, we could hear people coming and going from adjacent apartments; music and noise from the beach and side street; sometimes the door would rattle in the wind; and even the A/C makes some noise. But it wasn't much of a distraction, and if this is the biggest issue, you know you had a great visit. The balcony overlooks the beautiful beach and ocean. We spent a lot of time there just sipping coffee and watching the people and scenery. It is literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Understand that it is a public beach, so you won't find resort-like amenities (although there is a guy who will rent you chaise lounges and umbrellas). The beaches were not overcrowded when we were there in early March. It was a nice mix of locals, tourists, regulars from the mainland, and spring-breakers. The main drag by the apartment is Ashford Ave, a one minute walk away. There, you'll find a Walgreens and CVS at the corner, tons of local shops and restaurants, Starbucks if that's your thing, a nice market ("FreshMart"), and multiple hotels including some high-end resorts with fine dining (e.g., the Vanderbilt). In a short stretch it ranges from a place advertising breakfast for $2.99 (we are unable to share a first hand review!) to a Cartier retail store. Everything is accessible on foot and ride-shares were easy to come by. Manish was very communicative and helpful. This is one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in.
