The space
This spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse is just a three-minute walk from the stunning Ocean Park Beach, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

The open-concept design integrates the modern kitchen with a central island, a comfortable dining area, and a living room perfect for up to 8 guests. The common spaces provide direct access to the pool and sunbathing terrace, and the outdoor living area is ideal for cocktail gatherings.

The house has two king, one queen, and two twin beds. On the first floor, you'll find a master suite with a private bathroom, a guest house with its own bath for extra privacy, and a convenient half bath for guests.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a large bathroom; one features two single beds, and the other has a king bed with a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The property has private parking spaces for two cars and a full-power generator. In case of a blackout, please be mindful of energy consumption.
