Great location with ocean view

Our stay at Blue Atlantic Villa was overall fantastic. The apartment was spotless, check-in was seamless, and the listing matched the description perfectly. The ocean view was definitely the highlight. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. However, we can't give a full 5-star review due to a few issues. We encountered small cockroaches in the kitchen and a large one in the family room, likely entering through the family room sliding door that didn’t fully close. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant smell from outside, possibly from the nearby marina, throughout our stay.

The apartment was nice. But there was a nauseating -rotten egg smell coming from the surrounding area due to the bay, which is across the street. We were there for just the weekend and pretty much never in the unit except to sleep, but honestly, if our stay was longer, we would’ve had to look for different accommodations due to that smell. But the unit itself was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Paola (Blue Atlantic representative) always answered my emails and text in a professional and timely manner.

Spacious, comfortable & well stocked

We stayed here for 6 days. Apartment was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms is a plus! Amenities included a cooler and beach towels and chairs for trips to the beach. Nicely appointed kitchen for cooking which we did a couple of times. There are several pools and a nice work out room which my teen appreciated. Not really able to walk anywhere but we had a car for that. Close to ferry in Ceiba to get to Vieques or Culebra. Would stay again.

The condo was easy to find, super clean and close to water and restaurants. Easy drive from the airport, for anyone like us who wanted to quickly get out of the city and into a peaceful, relaxing place

Great space and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was bigger than we'd envisioned and the kitchen was relatively well-appointed with pots and pans and knives (not always a given at vacation rentals!) The wifi worked well and consistently and there were good amount of towels for the beach and for showering in the apartment. We also appreciated the outdoor spaces for lounging. The location was 10 minutes from the bio luminescent tour options and also very close to Luquillo's great beach and El Yunque. We took advantage of all these during our stay. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. All in all this was a great introduction to Puerto Rico for us and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was safe and clean . Very easy to get in . It was close to the ferry to get to culebra and other beaches . There are stores and places to eat near by. And great views . The hostess was quick with her response.

Absolutely a must stay!! Perfect location and lovely villa!!

We absolutely loved this villa and wish we could have booked here to stay for our entire time in Puerto Rico! It was extremely easy to communicate with West Indies Vacation rentals for details of our stay, checkin, and checkout. Our teenagers loved the pools on the property and it was in an excellent location to the bio bay tours, water boat taxi to Icacos island, and rainforest tours. We will definitely be back!!

This apartment was just as beautiful as seen in the pictures. It was very clean, I made sure to notice. The air conditioners worked so well. The gated community with security was a plus. However, the balcony doors need fixing. My kids loved being in the pools mainly the one with the slide. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice condo in Fajardo

Nice location, pools and complex are clean and safe. Condo is well stocked with cooking utensils. Has 3 beach chairs (could use a few more!) and some beach towels. Unfortunately there must be an odor problem with the unit as they had glade plug ins in every room and bathroom, plus odor absorber blocks in the bathroom. We unplugged most of them because it was overwhelming- a condo shouldn’t have any smell. Our party could not agree upon the underlying odor- perhaps musty or smoke- that the glade plug ins were trying hide. There was no obvious source of the odor (no mold, no leaking pipes). But they would be better served to remove all the plug ins!

Would have been great, but...

If the property was working as promised, it would have been fantastic. Unfortunately we had a major sewage smell from one of the bathrooms, a broken shower hose and hot water heater in another of the bathrooms, and a urine smell coming from one of the bedrooms. The property manager was unable to secure repairmen to fix it during our time. That left us with one working bathroom for the 5 of us. While we did receive some credit for our stay, it would have been far better if they were urgent about fixing the issues.

Lovely property - gorgeous view and conveniently located

Our brief stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The property exceeded our expectations on layout, views, comfort, cleanliness and location. It was beautifully appointed with great seating, confortable beds and good amenities. Delicious food options nearby. I'm a deep sleeper so outside noise was a non-issue for me even though it is an area with a few later evening gathering spots nearby. Easy to get to El Yunque, Old San Juan, etc. My only pet peeve was excessive use of plugin air fresheners, which doesn't work for people with allergies. Simple solution: we unplugged them. I will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment

This was a great place for a family to stay. We were very comfortable with the three bedroooms. It was helpful that the hosts had beach and pool stuff available. We had some confusion at check in, but Karen was responsive via text and we were able to resolve it in about 20 minutes.

Great location in Fajardo

Beautiful condo in Fajardo. Sadly, we had no hot water in two of the three bathrooms. The master shower had a sewage smell. We contacted the mngt company about the hot water. They instructed us to play with the handle. Furniture was great looking but not very comfortable. Security desk was hit or miss as far as pulling up and no one was there. Couldn’t beep (lots of signs not to). Had to wait for guard to arrive. Positives: very clean, great location, lovely complex with security.

Cute place!

Very spacious, bright, and clean. Great location for bio bay tours, El Yunque, or Luquillo beaches. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a big grocery store a short drive away. The directions and maps were very specific, and there was lots of communication regarding check-in and-out. We really appreciated that there was a washer and dryer after getting soaked while kayaking!
