    L'appartement est situé sur la plage de Condado à San Juan, Puerto Rico. Cette zone est très sûre et regorge d'attractions / activités touristiques. Louis was helpful and responsive. The location was great, especially having direct access to the beach and the walkability to restaurants was great. The building is undergoing a lot of renovations of various units. The one right next door was being renovated during my stay so it was incredibly loud for about a week. While I think it was still worth the stay, just be prepared.

What a wonderful site for comfortable stay!Location Location Location: so easy to get around on this stretch of Ave.Ashford. (there's a site security watched free parking too) Combo of pool (semi-olympic, so lots of space for all) as well as lovely beachfront. Balcony view is stunning! Local restaurants with variety of cuisines, include award-winning chefs and historic entrepreneurs ! Enjoyed gym, lending library & 24-hr mini-market on site. Easy taxi -or free city bus- to Santurce as well as Old San Juan. Host had well appointed kitchen & bedroom space . He was easy to contact, if needed. Appreciate it!

Fantastic location, steps from the beach and lots of the city within a short walk. You have a convenience store in the building and a supermarket just a few blocks away. The apartment was in great shape and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the pool and on the beach. It was plenty big for out family of 3. Our host was a great communicator and the check-in and check-out were super easy.

Lou is a great host -- very responsive to our needs. The building is in a great location -- lots of very nice restaurants nearby, the beach is wonderful, and the pool is very nice. The apartment has a perfect view of the ocean and it's lovely to sit out on the balcony and take in the view and the breeze. The apartment is very comfortable and was stocked very well with necessities.

The room was very clean with all the accommodations you would want for a beach front property. Kitchen was big and fully furnished! Ample parking if you rent a car.The host was exceptional. Very clear with instructions, and quick to reply whenever he was needed. Access to the beach was such a big plus. The gym was an unexpected benefit that I used daily. Highly recommended!

Amazing views and location

Great oceanfront location on the 12th floor. The beach views were amazing and it never felt too crowded. Great launching point for Old San Jauan & El Yunque tours.

Everything was as described in the info on the website.. the place was very clean and in a great location. The staff there were all friendly and so was the host . Beautiful Views and Relaxing Stay

We absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so friendly, from the security guards to the residents. The location is perfect and has plenty of dining options within walking distance. Lou was very communicative throughout the whole process, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal Time in the Condado!!

Great condo at the beach! Is as Advertised and better! Very much suggest this place as a vacation rental! Serene is a great word to describe! Wife and son loved it! Close to great spots to eat!
