Never got to stay
At first the property manager was very responsive but when we realized no entry codes were given, we didn’t hear back for over 24 hours. We called, texted, and messaged and VRBO did as well. We had informed him when we would be in, so it was not due to him not being aware when we were to be at the property. We had to find different accommodations at 11pm the day of check in since we could not access the property. We did not hear from the property manager until the next evening. Thankfully VRBO helped us find a hotel in San Juan, otherwise I am not sure what we would have done.
