Paleizen in San Jose

'Nice hotel with free airport shuttle to SJC. Breakfast is included and it has an indoor pool.'

'Staff was really helpful and respectful definitely gonna stay there again'

'I think this property was pretty okay except for the fact that there was major construction happening right across the street. No one told us before we arrived to give us a chance to book elsewhere. Our room looked right at the construction and it's not the construction but the fact that they started work at 8am when we wanted to be able to sleep in after a late night out. We weren't offered anything to compensate - not parking, not a room discount. Nothing. So - our experience was really meh.'

'There's no free breakfast included in the stay, which was totally incredulous! Considering the nightly room rates, at minimum some sort of continental breakfast items should have free to guests. Instead, you're forced to order from the on-site restaurant at outrageously overpriced amounts!'

'Greta staff. Clean rooms. Close to food and shopping.'
