« I have been there for a week in july The host is very welcoming. The place is clean, nice, and the price was very competitive. I could go to several cities like Bologna, Ferrara, Modena easily by car (30-45 minutes to go to these places) I recomend without hesitation Grazzie mile Gaetano ! »

« Calme, super jardin, et apparemment très joli, propre et fonctionnel »

« I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights, but I wish it was more! First of all, the apartment was very very clean. Relatively spotless. Secondly, the bed is very comfortable I had a great sleep each night. Not to mention Federico being a wonderful host! I can tell him and his aunt are very passionate about this property. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The a/c worked well, I had to empty a bucket of water every once in a while, but wasn’t much...

« La situation géographique était parfaite mais la literie était vraiment très inconfortable, sans parler des oreillers qui étaient probablement les pires qu'on n'ait jamais eus. L'isolation phonique de l'habitation n'est vraiment pas terrible. »

« Bon séjour, bien placé par rapport à nos contraintes. Seul bémol le premier jour (dimanche) où ne pouvions pas accéder à la piscine à cause d’un mariage organisé dans l’hôtel (avec un peu de bruit). Bien dans l’ensemble, »

« The apartment was perfect for us. Slept 4 perfectly and the living space was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace too on the sunny days. »

« at check in was told that the rooms would not be serviced for 4 days - ie the length of our stay. the first place shown had leftover food in the fridge, dirty laundry and bins in the corridor, next one shown (which we took) was likes student digs and certainly not 3 star. there was no coffee in the room just about 15 bags of sugar. attention to details was severely lacking. for the price paid, i feel that was unacceptable and we were grossly overcharged. Definitely left a bad taste for...

« apparemment propre, bien situé et surtout frais pendant les fortes chaleurs. Bonne communication et check-in facile. »

« Images did not match the room. Everything is a bit old. Not dirty but also not particularly clean. A towel, for example, was still dirty. »

« Everything was great and the host was a lot of help, very friendly! »

« The host was super nice and informative. This location was perfect for us to see the main tourist sites of Bologna, a lovely city. It’s literally one block from the central train station so, we made this our central place to take day trips to Parma, Modena and San Marino. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Tutto perfetto, host disponibile »

« This is an amazingly clean property, unique gorgeous decoration. Very happy. »

« Struttura eccellente, parcheggio comodissimo e una finestra si affaccia sul bar sottostante. Non è pulito sembra nuovo di pacca! Non si può desiderare di meglio ed il prezzo è veramente buono. Se torno nelle vicinanze cerco di riprenotare questo mini appartamento di lusso! »

« Honestly, this is a five-star stay and value for the money. The rooms are huge, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the host is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The place itself is absolutely pristine in cleanliness and there are coffee, biscuits, spices and really everything you need for a great stay. The only problem is that the location is loud. Although it's on a side street, there's a pub downstairs which is loud on the weekends until midnight or so. Then on Sunday/Monday...

« Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! If I had the entire trip to do over again, we would stay here and use Bologna as a home base for several more day trips that we didn't get to. Thank...
