Holiday Home "Tholer Hof" – A Peaceful Retreat with Balcony, Garden and Terrace.



At 1,250 metres above sea level, in a sunny and quiet location, you will find the lovingly furnished holiday home Tholer Hof in the small village of Afing near Jenesien, about 20 kilometres above Bolzano. Surrounded by meadows, forests and fresh mountain air, the house offers the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying nature.



The holiday home, approximately 90 m² in size, combines comfort and cosiness and accommodates up to six people. It features an inviting living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with corner bench and dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms with high-quality glass showers. The furniture is made of solid wood.



For your comfort, you have Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, a safe, underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, as well as books and toys for children.



A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with south-facing balcony, sunny terrace, and garden – an ideal place to relax. For families, there is a small playground, and a covered parking space is available.



The house is barrier-reduced: access and the entire interior are step-free, the doors are wide and easily accessible. All windows and doors can be completely darkened with shutters.



A small grocery store and an inn with regional cuisine are about five kilometres away. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right at your doorstep, inviting you to explore nature actively.



Pets and parties are not allowed in the accommodation.
