'The hotels overall appearance is really nice. The staff was really friendly. The food and drinks on the rooftop were really nice, it’s a shame the pool was closed even when temperatures reached 34 degrees. I know it says that it’s open from June, but when it’s 34 degrees just a week before June, you should just open it really. The rooms look nice and are comfortable, though they are super super noisy and we woke up very early because of al the noise from doors closing and/or housekeeping...

'Good area, nice breakfast but the pool lacks soul. Where are the people? Where is the staff? Why don't you make this a hip and happening area? There is a bar but there is no bartender and there are very few people... not in the good way. '

'Everything was amazing. Except we were given a bathroom that was meant for people with disabilities so it was very uncomfortable and the hotel was sold out. As I told the staff, there are no pictures on the reservation suggesting we might get a disabilities bathroom or else I would have specified I needed a normal one. I traveled with a baby and it was extremely uncomfortable. As it is not a cheap stay, the hotel is supposed to tell you you might get that room, or leave it open for disabled...
