Hacienda 1819 is one of San Felipe's most versatile group rentals — two fully furnished, two-story condos combined into a single connected property within the secure, gated La Hacienda community, just a short walk from the beautiful San Felipe beach. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two generous living areas, this property is purpose-built for large families, friend groups, and anyone who wants the comfort of a private home without sacrificing space.

Each of the two condos is spread across two floors, with bedrooms situated on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen on the second floor. This layout offers a natural separation between rest and recreation — the bedrooms stay quiet and private while the upper floors buzz with cooking, conversation, and evening get-togethers.
Each condo includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Combined, Hacienda 1819 offers four bedrooms total — two queen beds and four twin beds — comfortably sleeping eight guests. Groups needing additional space are welcome to bring up to two air beds, accommodating up to a maximum of 12 guests total, including adults and children.

Both kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and silverware — ready for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full family dinner. Please note that condiments are not provided, so plan to bring your own or pick them up locally.

Hacienda 1819 sits within an exclusive 20-unit gated community centered around a large, pristine swimming pool shaded by mature trees — an ideal spot for a relaxed afternoon with the whole group. A shared charcoal BBQ grill is conveniently located by the pool area. The San Felipe beach is just a short walk from the property.
The La Hacienda community entrance is securely gated at all times. Upon check-in, guests receive up to two electronic gate access cards. A fully refundable $100 deposit collected at check-in for the community gate access cards and returned in full when the cards are handed back at checkout.
