Spectacular sunsets and ocean views from this oceanfront condo. Prime Pacific Beach location, just north of Crystal Pier. You cannot find a better spot to enjoy the beach.

Available for weekly rental throughout the year. Sleeps four; queen bed in the bedroom and two pull-out queen beds in the living room.

We stayed for 5 nights in April 2026. The location of this condo is 100/10! You are right on the boardwalk above the beach. Stairs down to the sand are super close so you don't even have to carry your beach gear very far. As popular as the boardwalk is during the day, it was really quiet at night. The property included onsite parking which was much appreciated, granted it's not overly large. Don't plan on parking a big SUV, but a midsize fit just barely. There is no AC so it was a little stuffy inside at first until we got the fans on and large window open. Then we enjoyed the sea breezes and ocean sounds. My only criticisms are that the place has been well loved (there is some wear and tear but it's only cosmetic) and we were unable to use the tub for a bath for my kid as the flipper switch was broken and we could not find a manual plug. He just had to have a shower instead. Pacific Beach was a wonderful neighborhood to stay in. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream places nearby you could have literally any type of food within walking distance. If we come back to San Diego we would not hesitate to book here again.

Beach Front Beauty

Easy check-in and the communication with the host was great. The view out from the living room windows was breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean waves and nightly sunsets. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. Onsite assigned parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Overlooking Pacific Beach, the location of Tom's condo couldn't be in a better location for sun and surf in San Diego! The unit is modest, but perfect for 2 and well stocked with all the basics some rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but, hey, it's a beachfront property with a great view and ocean breezes. It's appropriately priced.

It was comfortable, well stocked, well located in the city, and the view from the living room window and proximity to the beach is unreal! Wonderful location, spectacular view, comfortable apartment

The magnificent view from the big window is the reason to stay here! Watch the waves, the weather, the birds, the passers-by. (And, alas, the rough sleepers, who never bother anyone, but who are less than scenic.) Just two steps onto the boardwalk and the beach and two minutes to legendary Kono's for coffee and breakfast. Everything is perfectly comfortable, the furniture is plain and pleasing, and the apartment is blessedly free from cutesy seaside objects. The bed, while very soft, produced some great sleep. Lots of room for clothes. Still, the kitchen could do with a bit of a refresh. The dishwasher is not great, the drip coffee maker is ancient, the frying pans don't sit flat on the stove. No omelette is possible! If you don't plan to do much cooking, however, this doesn't matter. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything the previous tenants have brought and discarded remains in the cupboards, which is probably meant to be useful, but which needs culling. There's no room for new dry food. These are minor quibbles, however. I'd come back.
