The Salty Dawg... Ocean Living in Mission Beach is located in one of the best beach communities in all of San Diego: Mission Beach. This adorable 2 story beach home is situated just 4 houses from the beach, the beach volleyball courts, and the beach boardwalk, which leads through Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. We are also VERY close to the jetty, where one can experience 1st class surfing! Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sleeps no more than 7 people, and it is in the heart of Mission Beach, within walking distance of local shops, eateries, nightlife, the bay, and the famous Roller Coaster!

PARKING
- This home offers tandem parking spots for 2 in the back of the home.
- PLEASE NOTE: The parking spot is narrow. If your cars are WIDER than 6' 8" and LONGER than 31' 10," the cars will not fit.
- There is street parking and a free overnight parking lot, south of the home on Mission Blvd.
- Parking can be difficult to find on the street, especially during the summer months.

HOUSE RULES
- Max occupancy at all times: 7
- Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, EVENTS, & NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPY THE HOME - Strictly enforced.
- Pets are allowed when you pay the $40 per night, per pet, pet fee. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets unattended during your stay.
- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located on the front patio and side of the house above the front door.
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- This home does not have AC.
- There is no cable. The TV's are smart and you must use your own log-in credentials to access Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- The property is not fully fenced.
- Construction Notice – Mission Beach Area - The City of San Diego has begun long-term storm drain improvements along Mission Blvd and surrounding streets, expected to last through Summer 2029. You may experience occasional noise, road detours, or limited street parking nearby during your stay. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as the city works to improve the local infrastructure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
