Booked this property for the game room, sauna, pool & spa since I have two sons, age 17 and 21. Most places that had a pool didn’t have the extra game room or the sauna so I thought this would be perfect. The pictures on this listing are a little misleading. Some are photoshopped while others are not what they included at all. Check-in: I had to keep messaging the host asking if I would get check in instructions, the day before & the day of. I didn’t get them until hours before on the day of. Check out: No message, no instructions. Check out was at 10am and at 9am the pool cleaner shows up with no warning and they don’t have any blinds or curtains on any of the kitchen windows or sliding door in front of the pool area so that was a surprise. Glad I wasn’t indisposed. We stayed Mon- Thurs. & while I knew they were building an addition in the front side yard I wasn’t told the neighbors are also building two additions in their yard which looks over the backyard so each morning at 8am there is banging & no privacy. Asked for the spa to be heated before arrival- wasn’t. Paid an extra 150 & had to keep asking. No hairdryer, iron, bathroom amenities as listed. NBA arcade game didn’t work missing ball for pool table, boards for ping pong u had to place on top of pool table, sauna stopped working day 2, pool was heated to 100 on the hottest day of the week w/o asking,couldn’t use it. CAMERAS EVERYWHERE IN BACKYARD-not on listing-not cool. A/C won’t stay set & started squeaking.
