Wish I could give less than 1 star - COCKROACH
I should have paid attention to the other reviews of this property. That was my error. The property has been not maintained well and the photos do not match the existing condition. There is a long list of things that were broken, inoperable or in disrepair during our stay: the front door keypad and deadbolt, the ceiling fan, no duvet cover on one bed and on the other the zipper was broken, unfilled nail holes in the walls, broken blinds, no or torn screens on the windows so you can't leave them open, kitchen faucet is encrusted with hard water and loose, furniture and walls have spots/stains, knob missing on the oven and the oven takes hours to cool off adding to the heat, and the house smells bad/musty. In addition, the home is poorly stocked. There were no washcloths provided with linens and only two dinner plates and two bowls for a home that is supposed to be able to house 5 guests (at the time of our booking).There is no landscaping in the front or backyard, just scrub, which doesn't match the photos. When we arrived, trash was overflowing in the outdoor trash receptacle and according to the house manual the trash service ran the day before we arrived. Management expects guests to roll the bin out to the street on trash day, which is probably why the can was overflowing. This is a management responsibility, not a guest responsibility.The last straw was the 3in cockroach in the kitchen and we vacated early. This was all shared with the host who refused any refund.
