Come visit this oceanfront beach condo on the sand with large patio and deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean in beautiful South Mission Beach, San Diego. Our property is fully furnished and has unlimited views of the ocean form the beachfront patio and upstairs deck. This is one of the best sand beaches in the world with swimming and surfing just steps from the condo. This 3 bed 3 bath 2 story condo is located ON THE SAND/Boardwalk. You can easily watch your children play in the sand while relaxing on the patio. There is also a lifeguard tower directly in front near the water for safe swimming and water activities. This property is a side by side, mirror image duplex, totaling of 6 bedrooms six baths if both units are rented. Each unit has a separate VRBO listing number. 2735 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 11622 and 2737 Oceanfront Walk is listing # 1071584. If your requested dates are not available please be sure to check the other listing. Each unit has all of its own amenities such as gas barbeque, patio , laundry, hose, outdoor shower, parking, etc, so nothing is shared between units. Each unit comes with 2 carport parking spaces (4 spaces total if both units are rented). We rent weekly during summer months from Saturday to Saturday. There are plenty of shops, markets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. World famous Belmont park is just up the boardwalk to the north. Enjoy a morning walk on the beach or boardwalk before settling in for your day of fun in the sun. Our units are fully equipped with wifi and cable television. The location was good. Parking is a big plus. Just don’t bring too big of vehicle. The area had lots of restaurants and food shopping options. Lots to do in a short drive or walk. The place needs some TLC.

Great location with views of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk. A bit of an odd layout as the front door opens to a bathroom!?!?! Comfortable beds, big bathrooms. Needs a little TLC and some effort with decor. Dining room table is very wobbly - on its last legs. Easier access to WiFi password would be nice and investment in an upgrade to see out but not see in window tinting would make guests not in a fish bowl. And a screen off living room would have been nice as fresh air flies. Bottom line- felt overpriced for what is was. With minimal investment from owner could be worth the ask.

Wonderful beach front home

This house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The home was steps from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Halfway through our stay we had a minor issue with a broken key and the hosts quickly responded and provided us a back up key. We had a wonderful trip.

Perfect location with great views and access to the Pacific. House is well equipped and bedroom/bathrooms were great. Drawbacks: Pictures did not show the 16-step stairway to the bedrooms (fortunately the 3 seniors along had no problem with that). No written instructions in the house for important contacts or information about equipment, check-out procedures, or maybe hints about the area. That being said we had a wonderful time and overall, the house was much more than adequate for having a great time!

Paradise at Mission Beach

This place was amazing, perfect view of the ocean with no obstruction, a little quieter since is further down so not as much traffic, beds were comfy and place was as described and clean! Plenty of parking which is rare in Mission Beach, fit a truck and Wagoner! Some would think sharing the patio with another person there is plenty of room for both sides, this place was perfect!
