For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
Parking:
City parking is available, but there is no on-site parking. Guests must find available street parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. Parking in the alley behind the unit is not permitted.
Private Entrance:
Guests are asked to be mindful of outdoor noise during quiet hours. The main house and casita each have a private fenced entrance; guests should use their designated entrance to enter and exit the property.
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Please park only in designated spots and be mindful of street signs to avoid overnight parking fines.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
