Positives:Convenient location in PB, walking distance to restaurants and storesSpacious home2 full bathrooms a plusSelf inflating air mattressNegatives:We did request an early check in, which they were unable to accommodate and that’s totally understandable. However, I asked if we could just use the parking spot until the unit was ready and they told us to not even come to the property until check in time. I was a bit surprised to hear that response. I’m accustom to hosts allowing us access to the parking spot (if available). Once inside it’s pretty bare bones and not a lot of creature comforts. No extra bedding or towels. Only a sheet was left for the air mattress. When I inquired about a blanket the hosts did not initially offer any solution. They just said “We provide an initial supply of linens, including bedding for the air mattress. Please check the closet and dresser drawers for additional linens.“ I had already done that and let them know again there was only a sheet. At 10:30pm they called, but we were already asleep. The next morning I was given the code to the linen cabinet able and was able to get a blanket. It was frustrating that took so long to accomplish.Large cobwebs in the corners Cabinets in bathrooms were decaying and falling apart Stove and knives in kitchen were rusted. Screens windows were broken and some were missing all together. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in PB, I would research other options first unless bargain price

This place was exactly how it is described. The location is excellent for beach access. We were able to walk down to the beach multiple times a day. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We rented a car so it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The complimentary coffee and creamer in the fridge was a very thoughtful detail. The place also included beach chairs and boards for the beach which is so nice and thoughful. The beds were very comfortable. I am definitely booking this place every time i come back to San Diego.

Great location relative to beach and restaurants, etc. Nice facilities and great communications with hosts. Only big drawback is it is located across the alley from an adjacent hotel’s very noisy mechanical system (a/c or pool equipment?). Had to sleep with bedroom windows closed and used portable fans as white noise and to blow air in from open windows in other part of apartment (since it is not air conditioned).

Our stay here was great and the property managers were very helpful. Awesome location near the beach and all the bars and restaurants. There wasn't any hot water in the master bathroom when we arrived, but we coordinated with the maintenance team and they had it fixed within 24 hours.

Location

The location of the property is great. You can walk to the beack, restaurants, bars and so many coffee shops. We would stay there again but will double check with the property owner to make sure the deadbolt is unlocked so we can get in without any problems.

FANTASTIC Pacific Beach Location!

I was thrilled to return to Pacific Beach and to discover this place in the neighborhood I know so well from 20 years of vacationing on the same block! Everything, and I mean everything, you want or need is within walking distance. The hosts were 100% responsive to all of my requests, typically within minutes. Looking forward to next year's stay already.

San Diego Trip

We enjoyed how close to the beach the unit was. The location is perfect! It's the perfect size for a couple. We loved having access to the hot tub especially after a long day of walking the boardwalk. It would have been nice to have more towels on the unit since they wouldn't dry after showing . There were also times when the hot water wouldn't come on at all for wuite a while in the shower. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great place to stay at the beach

Property was clean, easy to get to and in a great location. It was just as listed. We had everything we needed. Easy walking to restaurants. I recommend this location and would book it again. Thanks for having coffee and creamer so we didn’t have to go looking for it earlier in the morning.

Excellent Beach Retreat

Cody, Jaylin & Brad have a great 2 bed / 2 bath, perfect for 2 couples, a block from the Pacific, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. They say that they are 100% here to help, and that is the truth! We're from AZ, and we didn't adjust for the time difference, so we arrived in PB an hour early. A quick call to Cody, and he graciously agreed to let us check in an hour early on Thanksgiving day! Much appreciated after a long drive. We will be back!

Nice apartment with great location

I had a conference in San Diego. I decided to try to get a room with a nice location and invite my parents. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked; plenty of space. Two bathrooms was not necessary, but very nice. There was some trouble with the internet, but the host was very responsive with a solution and we did not use the internet anyways.

Not what we had hoped.

The check in process was very quick and easy. The host was quick in responding to questions, and we were fortunate enough to check in early. The location was amazing. It was walking distance to so many places. However, those were the only good things about this listing. Everything outside and away from the apt. was nice. Inside was a different story. The pictures and reality were very different. The furnitures in the pictures are completely different from the furnitures in the pictures. When we walked into the apt., there was a bad/musty odor like the carpets needed a deep deep cleaning. I just felt dirty and uncomfortable, which is very unfortunate. I was looking forward to staying in a nice clean place. It just didn’t what I had hoped.
