Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et dans le frigo qui de toute façon ne fonctionne pas. Aucune eau chaude dans la douche avec robinetterie brisée. Propreté de la chambre douteuse et chambre vieille a restaurer pour le prix exagéré vu la qualité de la chambre. Le seul avantage est qu il se situe proche de l aéroport environ 5 min en voiture. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Although it is a motel, the place had comfortable beds. However, 1 night had no hot water or A/C... moved rooms. The next room A/C worked but still no hot water. The motel manager gave me a discount off my stay. The location is close to the transit center in Old Town. Would have been nice to have a bus that picked us up, but the walk wasn't too bad.

I would give this 1 star... But the staff were great! Very nice people. That's why the other star is for the staff. Some rooms are updated but the one we had is not. I was bitten by insects. Had lots of it at the neck, arms and shoulder area. Not sure what bit me. Either bed bugs or spiders??? Too much hydrocortisone all over my body :(

The only thing I liked about that place was the lady in the front desk. She was really nice and helpful with an awkward situation that we had during the short stay there.. 120$ was 120$ too much for that place

I apologize you we did not meet your satisfaction. As for the rate we are in our peak season and we are in a popular tourist destination and everyone's rates have increased.

I might have my mistake that I wasn't aware that I booked a smoking room. When we came to the room, the room smells so awful! Went back to the office and found out that I mistakenly booked a smoking room. I was telling the front desk staff that I have asthma that I can't stand the smell of the room. He answered me, "sorry that was you booked and we don't have any available rooms now" Is that how you handle customers? My husband and I didn't have a good night sleep because I started to cough and good thing I have my inhaler with me AND...the bed is soooo lumpy! I was very frustrated. We checked out early because we can't stand the smell of the room!

This place is a total dump. They allow people to have multiple pets and they do nothing about people letting their dogs poop everywhere. The rooms are disgustingly dirty and reek of mildew and old cigarettes even though I was staying in a non smoking building. There are people who sit in their parking lot in their cars for hours screaming at their kids and spouses waiting until check in. There are crackheads and weirdos walking around at all hours. You only get one toilet paper roll and two thin towels at a time. When complaining about anything all you get is that they allow pets and don’t charge a deposit so that’s what you get. This place needs to be shut down permanently.

Hi Christine, thank you for your comments we appreciate your business and feedback. As for the dogs we have doggie bags throughout the property. We have about 20 to 30 doggie bag stations and two different doggie areas for them to do their duty. We try to be on top of the dog waste but there are lot more people not picking up after their dog then we have employees with the time to pick it up continuously. Please accept my apologies.

The motel is near the train station that’s why you can’t sleep soundly once the train arrives. Also, the rooms we stayed in all smells bad. There’s lot of homeless people too in the motel’s area. Then we experience here a commotion between the guard & a female guest on our last night. I won’t stay there again even if it’s cheap.

Nothing to like. Most basic room Ive ever been in. No plug for bathtub. Yellow towels. No maid service. Property in such poor condition. Stair have ripped carpets everywhere. So very dangerous. Don't even get me started on the pool area and hot tub. All torn up with broken concrete in them. This is the worst.

The property is close to old-town central transportation and to old-town shops and restaurants. And a short drive to the beach and other San Diego tourist attractions. But to walk over there you have to pass through a very sketchy area. The hotel in general feels dirty and the rooms have a heavy smoke smell. The pool is under repair. What a bummer especially when I was there with kids.

This place is unsafe, rooms smell like smoke, hooker and drug central. Bathroom window did not lock and partially broken. I have nevere seen a location like this. Walked into the room and walked out. The sad thing is that they did not refunded our money. It's ok my safety is first.

Sometimes you get great deal on the supplies they don't have Wi-Fi you have to pay for the Wi-Fi they have no iron to iron your clothes you got to go downstairs they don't have no HBO or anything just a regular TV very close to the trolley as a transportation can far away from grocery stores and mostly when you get to your room it smell like weed not cigarettes weed Beyond everything else is really cool to stay in

The property is noisy, the train runs close by, and you have the freeway literally running on top of you. The place has seen better days, it is not well kept, we request non smoking rooms which by the way were more expensive than the regular smoking rooms. The rooms assigned had a stench of tabaco. The rooms had been cleaned but still looks dirty, and the beds were so uncomfortable; it was nice to have a mini fridge in the room, too bad it was only one microwave and was not in the room but in a common area. There is parking in the property, staff is nice and attentive.

The staff was nice but area will make you feel a bit worried for safety. Hot tub wasn't working even though called ahead and asked. The whole reason I booked location was very upset. Room was clean but bed was terrible and uncomfortable felt itchy after laying in it. Hope nothing comes from that. Rust in bath tub couldn't use it have skin sensitivity. Way over priced for quality wish I would have stayed somewhere else had i known it would be so poor quality.
