The house is located a short distance from the beach and has a wonderful patio and ocean views. It is in a great location on the boardwalk to Belmont Park. easy access to the beach, coffee shops and activities.

The property was everything as advertised. Beautiful furnishings, clean, and super easy to access and use the amenities. This end of South Mission is very quiet and lovely to sit out on the patio and use the gas fire pit. We had a wonderful week. Thank you!

Great property!

We had three couples on our group, and the space was perfect. We cooked a few meals, hung out on the patio and balcony, enjoyed the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The only thing to note is that the garage is tight getting in and out because of the alley. We were happy we declined a giant SUV at the rental car company.

Best family reunion ever!

Loved it!! Located at the end of Mission Beach, providing privacy from the bustle of the boardwalk and just a short walk to the tranquil Sail Bay. House is tastefully decorated and IMMACULATE, with comfortable beds, ample linens and a well stocked kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom set up provided ample privacy for extended family. Fabulous patio with large gas firepit and huge sectional became a nightly gathering place for friends and family. Italian, Greek and Mexican restaurants and a food mart and liquor store are within walking distance. Major grocery stores are nearby.Bluewater management was excellent-responses were immediate, and the welcome package was perfect. Will book again! Thank you Bluewater!

Lovely house on the beach

This was our first time in San Diego (there for a wedding) and we had a nice trip. The house served its purpose well. Our favorite part was the patio. At the end of the beach, we didn’t have a lot of people passing by the property. You can’t see the water unless you sit on the upper balcony, but it was still great. Loved the fire pit, especially since we packed for warmer weather than we had. The property management group was fantastic. Truly. Easy to communicate with and quick to help with requests. The only thing I didn’t love was that the cushions on the outdoor furniture looked dingy. I’m sure it’s tough to keep white cushions clean. All I know is that I kept wanting to take them off to wash them. Probably wouldn’t bother most people, though. I’m a little uptight, haha. Oh, the garage is tight. Very nice to have, however. We would happily return!

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed here in early August for a family vacation with two families with young kids. The home and location are perfect - the kids would play in the sand right as we sat and enjoyed our morning coffee. The house is beautiful, clean and stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. This along with a great location and easy communication with the property managers made for a great place to stay for our San Diego vacation.

Great Place on Mission Beach

Beautiful home slightly off the most trafficked parts of Mission Beach. Was private and off the main strip. Other rentals directly in front of the main beach-walk looked like fishbowls to us, with little privacy and lots of noise. This property was a nice compromise. The home was beautiful and well-equipped; the AC worked wonderfully. There are about 10-15 salt and pepper shakers from Ralph's grocery (two of which we contributed). Small suggestion: buy a few larger cutting boards. Property manager was excellent but check-in only gets 4.5 of 5 stars. Our flight landed early and we took Uber from airport. We hoped to drop our luggage on the porch of the property and return at 4:00 PM. This plan was met with some resistance until after many texts and an urgent need to access a bathroom for our baby, they granted us the code only to find the place was sparkling clean. Had we been told all were only waiting on was a "light refresh", we would have opted out and gotten on with our vacation. A lot of unnecessary waiting, stress and friction around a service we didn't care about given 4 hours we had to kill somewhere else. While we wanted to be respectful of the 4:00 check-in time - if property was vacant and clean, seems like an easy resolution. They accommodated us in the end and were EXTREMELY attentive throughout (delivered us ice when ice machine didn't work, minor plumbing issue was addressed immediately. Top-notch service in our opinion. We look to return next year.

Summer 2024 Trip

Wonderful layout for a large family and beautifully decorated. Provided with many beach accessories and a comfortable outdoor patio and grill. A lot of airplane noise from 6 am - 10 pm as you are directly in the path of takeoffs for the multiple runways at San Diego International Airport. You are a short 15 min walk to a family friendly Belmont Park.

The house was perfectly located between the ocean and inlet near the end of mission beach. Rooms were spacious and house had plenty of amenities. Outdoor area was a fantastic coffee and hang out spot for our crew.

Great location with Amazing common spaces

This house was perfect for our group of nine. Beach access was very easy, the garage parking is essential (fit a suburban) and common spaces (patio, kitchen, den) were large and really nice to be in. Communication from the property company was excellent during the stay. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing location

This property was perfect for our family with children ages 3-9. They LOVED having the sand right out the back door and the orients loved being able to let them play without worrying they would get into the street or water. Great place. Highly recommend.
