The view and location was fantastic. Hearing the sound of the waves crashing was wonderful. We used Uber and never rented a car and it was cheaper and quite easy. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We only had to contact the host once, nothing serious, just a question and it was quick and easy. The location offered a ton of restaurants and speciality shops within walking distance. There was also a grocery store and drug store close by as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The views of Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier are beautiful and the location is ideal for this property - right by an ice cream and hot chocolate shop, good restaurants, groceries, and pharmacy. John was communicative and helpful. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the beach toys and direct beach access as well as sunset, ocean, and people watching.

Came to town for daughter’s college graduation. Location was perfect for the grandparents staying with us. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Beautiful views. Fun atmosphere and lots to do during day. Quiet at night. Fun bar scene (if ok with hanging with college kids) Condo had everything we needed. Nice to have designated parking space. Great place for our San Diego adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Pacific Beach condo. As per the other reviews, the interior of the building is older but the unit itself is updated and extremely clean and comfortable. It was right in the heart of Pacific Beach with easy access to the beach and boardwalk (just outside the door!) restaurants and entertainment like bike rentals. The view from the patio is incredible for sunsets and people watching while enjoying the sunny weather. The parking space was definitely appreciated, we had a medium sized SUV and it fit just fine. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs/towels, coolers, umbrella, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and kid things like a pack n play and umbrella stroller if you bring the little ones. We would not hesitate to stay again, John was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had.

VRBO Pacific Beach

Could use more towels and washcloths. Also, would think about getting higher toilets in bathrooms for elderly tenants. Otherwise, the condo was great and views fantastic. Since there were 4 adults the first week and 5 adults the second week we feel more towels and wash cloths would have been nice. Also, I couldn’t find any pot holders. Higher toilets are a must. . Otherwise, it was a great time that was had by all.
