'Nice hotel with very friendly staff, good beds, good good. The heated pool on the 11th floor was a highlight. However, a minor concern was the loose tiles on the 10th floor, which caused me to trip twice.'

'We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. 'Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!'

'Excellent resort. The size, cleanliness and setup of the rooms were perfect. I give this resort a high score for the following reasons - Our group requested adjoining rooms in advance - which the resort provided. When it was not possible to arrange a late checkout, the resort provided another room where we could shower and change prior to our airport departure. One of our group members celebrated his birthday and was surprised with a beautiful card and a sweet treat. The only recommendation...

'Unieke lokatie aan de rand van de duinen! Prachtig zicht uit de kamer! De kamerdeur naar de gang minder goed geísoleerd…. Veel geluiden door metalen karren die niet op PTFE rollers glijden en veel gebabbel vanaf de vroege morgen. Eten en bediening waren fantastisch! Prachtig hotel op unieke locatie!'
