This beautiful house is located in a quite & peaceful neighborhood in San Antonio, right behind Lackland AFB and minutes from Sea World. It includes a master suite, Game-room loft, covered patio with furniture, Fire pit, BBQ grill & a private POOL. Game-room includes a Pool table, Foosball table, arcade & games. Cables & wireless internet throughout the house. It’s remodeled with wood & tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms and Includes plenty of free parking.

You'll love this super fun 4 bedroom, 2 bath house! With plenty of room for 12 people to sleep comfortably plus a queen air mattress for an additional 2 people, it's perfect for big groups and families. You've got all the essentials like smart TVs with Netflix, WiFi, washer/dryer, plus baby gear so even the littlest travelers are covered. But the best part? The awesome game room! Shoot some pool, play foosball or hit up the vintage arcade games. It's like having your own personal playground. When you need a break from the indoor, head outside to the huge backyard paradise. Fire up the grill, play cornhole, roast s'mores by the fire pit or just lounge by the sparkling private pool. With a covered patio keeping you shaded, you can soak up that vacation vibe all day long. The whole vibe is bright, open and super inviting with those cool high ceilings and skylights. You'll definitely get that "ahhhh" feeling as soon as you walk in. In addition, after recently adding string lighting all around, the backyard transforms into a soothing, atmospheric retreat as soon as the sun goes down. I can assure you will Iove it!

The house is very close to shopping and dinning. Located right behind Lackland Air Force Base and Seaworld. (about 5 minutes drive) There is a Super Wall-Mart around the corner for your shopping needs. 10 minutes drive to Downtown, Ingram Park shopping mall. 20 minutes drive to Airport, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. Great location!

You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. - House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until Febuary 20th.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
