One of the most desired B&B locations in San Antonio for Getaways, Tourism, Business, Families, Military Boot Camp Graduations, and the Medical Center.

Minutes from the Medical Center, Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Six Flags, Military bases, San Antonio Zoo, the Alamo, Riverwalk, and so much more. This unit is all brick and has the best view in the community.

This town home is ideal for families, friends, business travelers, military graduations, anniversaries, fun trips, and more. We remodeled this townhome to appeal to travelers to stay here from all across the globe with nice amenities. So many perfected details about this property here are a few highlights:

- Granite counter-tops with lots of extra space for prep and bar stool space
- Refrigerator with Ice Maker
- Sierra Mattress in master (this is a $1500 mattress and is a dream!)
- Upgraded mattress in double Bunky bed.
- The living room sofa has a roll-out that turns the sofa into a double-size bed.
- "Rustic" theme with custom wood walls, soffit, and pendants.
- 55" TV in Master Bedroom and 55" TV in Living room. 32" TV in the second bedroom. All TVs are ROKU-ready for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.
- Laundry has been added to the master closet as well as a mirror/vanity.
- Pocket door in master bath, so guests can shower or use toilet privately while others are using sinks/bathroom (a frequent request for travelers).
- Functional office desk with a printer that can be connected to your mobile phone
- Infant/Toddler bed available, as well as a blow-up mattress that fits 2.
- King Bed, Double Bed, Twin Bed, Double Bed (Sofa), Double blow-up mattress, and Baby crib all combined can realistically accommodate 10 people!
- Vivant security alarm system with custom codes for each new guest.

In remodeling this property it has truly become part of our family and is so neatly designed meeting the perfect blend of aesthetics, warmth, and functionality!

If you stay for 3 days you may end up wishing you can stay for 3 weeks! This townhome has a very "at home" inviting feel.

This comfortable townhome was perfect for our stay! It is extremely convenient to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World San Antonio, the downtown Riverwalk area, as well as the airport. We are very budget and health conscious, so we were happy to have grocery stores nearby so as not to eat out the whole time. The kitchen had all the basics plus some extras (I was excited to see a Nutribullet!). The whole experience was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.
Six Flags Fiesta Texas has some amazing rollercoasters!
Riverwalk area is beautiful and so many great restaurants.
The Alamo is a short walk from Riverwalk.
Sea World San Antonio was awesome. It is a huge park! We enjoyed some shows and the rollercoasters there, too.

Great Place

We stayed here for a week to experience everything that San Antonio had to offer. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and me. It was clean, comfortable and had the basic necessities. On the outside, the units look a little rundown but inside was very cute and modern. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we had no problems. The location was perfect and was 15-20 minutes from all the major attractions. We did not have to contact the owner for any issues. I would stay here again and would recommend this place for a couple or small family.

Best Home Away from Home

Everything about this cute townhouse was perfect for our needs for a week visit with our adult kids. Location is perfect to UTSA and a short drive downtown, and to the airport. The house was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in, it has enough linens and other supplies so you are not forced to purchase anything for at least a one week stay. The owners/managers are a delight to work with. We will be staying here again!

What a cute little townhouse! You can tell care has been taken by the owners with the furniture, decor, etc. The kitchen was decently stocked with plates/utensils/appliances. Both upstairs bedrooms were roomy, with comfortable beds. The parking stall directly behind the unit made loading/unloading super handy. Though specific neighborhood the unit is located in wasn't the most inviting, but access to various destinations around San Antonio was fantastic. Minutes away from 410 Interstate, which provided access to the city. Super close to Sea World, Six Flags, Riverwalk, etc. Was easy to find good food close to property. All in all, very happy with our choice to stay in this unit.

Lovely home

This home was very clean, and nicely furnished. We spent most of our days out and about in the San Antonio area and then came back to the house to relax and make dinner. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and it was a very quiet and relaxing location.
