Jolie cabane donnant sur Spring Creek

Cabine neuve construite en 2018. Cette cabane est à seulement quelques pieds du bord d'une falaise de 40 pieds surplombant un magnifique ruisseau alimenté par une source.

La chambre a un lit queen. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces, d'un câble, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une PS2 et d'un canapé en cuir très confortable. La kitchenette a un évier, un petit réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, une cafetière, un grille-pain et une cuisinière à deux brûleurs. Un grill extérieur est également disponible.

Cette propriété est sur 8 hectares clôturés et fermés offrant une grande intimité. Promenez-vous au bord de la falaise et profitez de la vue. Suivez la route jusqu'à l'eau et profitez de la baignade, de la pêche et de la navigation de plaisance. Les clients sont autorisés à utiliser la jetée, le plongeoir, la balançoire, le canoë et le bateau à fond plat.

Boerne est à seulement 15 minutes offrant d'excellents restaurants et boutiques. Plusieurs pubs et brasseries au choix.

San Antonio est à 45 minutes.

À seulement 1,6 km se trouve la célèbre grotte sans nom. Des visites sont disponibles tous les jours et ils organisent un concert dans la grotte un soir par mois.

Great Country Getaway
Had a great time getting away from it all! Out in the country with lots of great views and wildlife, but also close enough to explore the great little town of Bourne. We had Spring Creek pretty much to ourselves, and loved just hanging under the covered dock. Seth was a great host; highly recommend!

Beautiful Creek Property
Beautiful tree lined creek below the cliff. Due to the rains this year, the water was perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoons. Enjoyed the covered porch and deck area in the early evening hours. Birds were plentiful. Seth was an attentive host and promptly communicated with us with questions we had about the accommodations prior to our arrival. Cole, the dog, was a bonus to our stay. Sweet boy.

Clean, quiet and uncluttered in beautiful hill country
This was our first visit to Texas and this property did not disappoint! The listing is just as advertised and more. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a rural setting look no further. If you want to stay at a cabin that is clean, simple and uncluttered, this is the place for you. The cabin is just right for 2 people and has no more and no less than you need. We thought the wraparound covered porch was amazing and we spent lots of time on it. We like nature and birds and were able to see native Texas birds right from the porch. Just as previous reviewers noted, the owners respected our privacy and were not intrusive but were personable and willing to take time to talk with us. Their dog, Coal, is a gentle giant and we were amused by him. There is a walking trail down to the creek and once you get there the path continues with bluffs on one side and water on the other. My husband used the canoe to fish and caught largemouth bass. Blackboard BBQ is worth a trip and as well as Black Rifle Coffee shop. Shower has great water pressure, cable tv with plenty of channels, tap water tastes good, a/c works well, no wi-fi but our cellular service worked just fine.

Perfect vacation getaway
The property and owners are top notch, beautiful property awesome hospitality, there is a gorgeous canopy in between the cliffs, walking path, and water, like a little oasis. Close to Cave with no name a must see landmark and the cities of Boerne and Fredericksburg as well as the Guadalupe River. Added bonus is Coal their super friendly and intelligent property security manager aka their pet dog. Seth is very attentive and makes sure you have everything you have and more will definitely return.

Great Location
We wanted a private place in the country, and this was it. The cabin is close to the owner's house (and we did see his children when we walked to the creek), but the cabin itself is private. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the creek in the evening, and we took the canoe out a couple of times. I'd been warned that some rivers and springs have run dry, but the portion of creek on the property was still deep enough for boating. Seth was very accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended the Cave With No Name tour and the Richter restaurant in town. And you'd be missing out if you don't go swimming in the creek. We will definitely come back to the property.

Enjoyed our stay. The property was quiet and clean. The host was very responsive but not intrusive. Location was great and easy to get to. We had fun canoeing on the water and watching the fish jump. It's a great place to disconnect and chill!
