Backyard Was Overgrown

The stay was fine. We did arrive to an unmowed yard. This was very disappointing. Our friends enjoyed a cold house, but when we would leave to do things we would come back and the A/C would be turned up and we'd come back to a hot house. I'm not sure if the host was turning it up on purpose or what. The beds weren't comfortable but all else was ok. I believe 100% we over paid for this house.

Family friendly central

The home & location was perfect for our family! The game room, lawn games, and hot tub were all well loved by our kids! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for us to cook meals. Jordan was very thorough and proactive with communication, and we had zero issues accessing the property. Would highly recommend to other families with children!

AMAZING

Wondeful Stay!! Jordan is by far the best Host I have had to date. Communication was amazing.Location is literally by everything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay and I will definitley book here again everytime we come to San Antionio.

Great stay!

Our son was graduating Tech School for the Airforce and this was our 4th trip to San Antonio. This house was by far the best one we rented. The kitchen was stocked with everything, the beds were comfy, the house just felt very comfy and homey. Our airman said it was so relaxing. We highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay again!

Location mins away from Sea World, restaurants, grocery store. Neighborhood surprisingly quiet. Listing pics are accurate. Hosts were kind, communicative, and thoughtful. Appreciated the concept of clean simple and excellent. Missed the mark a bit on the clean and excellent part which was communicated directly to hosts. Appreciated simple check out instructions but didn’t like the idea that I would be charge $50 for early or late check out. Just be generous as you want guests to be generous to the reviews. Back yard faced the east so it was enjoyable all hours of the day. Really hated the camera in the backyard. Made sitting back there uncomfortable. AC never got cooler than 75-77 degrees during the day. In the nightime, areas were hot (my kids switched beds to get cooler), while other areas were too cold for the light comforters. Left a night early so we could go home to comfortable beds and cool AC. Overall, just felt like I paid too much for what I got.

The host was fantastic, got right back to me when another house that we had fell through and allowed us to stay there with a one day notice. The house was so clean and had a fun game room with a cool outside set up!! Would definitely stay again!! Comfortable sleeps 8 but could fit a couple more!

Cosy- Comfy- Clean - Close to Lackland AFB and lots of amenities. Highly enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating. Convenient to grocery and food options. The house had a little maintenance issue and mgmt. was quick to respond and repaired. Would definitely recommend to others traveling to San Antonio

Perfect Retreat!

If you're considering booking this home and hesitating - DON'T! Jordan and Amanda's beautiful home looks in person exactly as in the listing, tastefully updated and adorably decorated. In fact, we just returned home and I'm already searching Google to find the exact plant stand that is in the living room! While the home sleeps up to 11, don't worry that the size of the house is more than you need if you're a smaller family or group. We booked it as a family of four - mom, dad, 19yo daughter, 17yo son - and it worked out perfectly for us. Speaking of sleep - the beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable. I even checked the tags on the comforter before leaving because I'm considering updating my own bedroom with the same. And I will be messaging the homeowner to ask where to get that mattress. We also loved the location! The home is in a quiet neighborhood near everything you need and major highways to get where you're going. Because the location worked out so perfectly for us to travel both northwest to family as well as downtown, I imagine this would also be a great place for travelers wanting to use San Antonio as a home base to visit hill country and the wineries of Fredericksburg. The house is just as well-equipped as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including a crockpot that far exceeds the capacity of the one in my own home. You can see that my shopping list is growing... Thank you, Jordan and Amanda, for a wonderful home away from home!

Customer Service is top notch!

Jordan exceeds expectation with regard to customer service. He stayed in constant communication(via email) to let us know that he was available should we need anything(thankfully we didn't). He also gave us 24hr notice of some scheduled maintenance of the hot tub as well as the assurance that the service provider would not interrupt our experience. The outdoor games in the back yard were a huge hit with my family and we actually planned an entire day to just hanging out and playing those yard games. If we ever return to San Antonio we will definitely try and book this property again!

Owners went above and beyond to welcome us along with up to date communication!! Absolutely loved the professional information binder they provided with all information needed for area and home!!! House was very clean, it was just like listed online. The game room was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. It is only an 8 minute drive to SeaWorld. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great house and location

The house was perfect for our larger family, had plenty of things to do and was very clean. Also great location for SeaWorld and within 20 minutes for most other San Antonio attractions. The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!
