'This is a lovely home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood on a private lake. It truly is a hidden gem. Staying in the studio was perfect for my husband and I. We arrived to a thoughtful gift basket with a message acknowledging our anniversary - this was so personal and kind. All directions and amenities were simple and as described. We kayaked, walked the neighborhood, and found treasures of local restaurants and bars to visit. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Tranquility is the name of the place and that is what you get. We were here to visit our grandson his wife and daughter (our great granddaughter) and getting used to the time difference we truly loved the peace and quiet. Rachel and Mike have provided everything you need.'

'Went on a mother/daughter getaway for our first time on Orcas Island. The location was great, a little more out in the woods, but only a short distance to the cute town of Eastsound. You can see the water from the porch and there is a waterfall right next to you that you can hear/see. There were people who stayed above us that you could easily hear walking/using the water but not too disruptive. The only item that wasn’t as advertised was we were missing a hair dryer. Otherwise, great low price...

'We loved the place and had more than we needed. At every turn there were helpful supplies in bathroom and kitchen. If two couples were staying there you should know there is not sound privacy between rooms. The rooms are very creatively made with tall furniture and folding dividers. It creates a very nice open space.'

'Quick trip to bring our daughter back to school. Beautiful secluded feel but only minutes to everything. Great place very clean had everything we needed. Nice lake within 5min for activities including nice municipal golf course that I got a round in at. '

'This is a beautiful and secluded studio in the forest, away from the town and traffic. Loved sitting out in the yard, barbecuing dinner, etc. A wonderful place to mellow out!'

'A peaceful escape, close to everything yet far enough away for blissful evening silence. Sweet studio space was perfect for my long weekend stay while participating in the Anacortes Art Festival. Beautiful water view from the sitting space, comfortable bed, well appointed for anything one might need for a getaway. Check in was simple and seamless. Host was gracious and attentive to messages. Would absolutely stay here again.'

"Ruime kaner, badkamer verouderd en klein, lamp in badkamer maakt erg veel lawaai in combinatie met airco. Kan he niet afzonderlijk aanzetten . Wij gebruikten daarom verlichting van de heater in de badkamer. Handdoeken rek zit op onlogische plek stoot je steeds tegenaan. Bed staat op wieltjes dus bij beweging gaat hij verplaatsen. Kamer ruikt overdreven naar schoonmaak middel Onder bedden wordt niet schoongemaakt Hotel doet Nederlands voorkomen met naam Holland Inn en molens en tulpen maar niemand spreekt of kent Nederland. Ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg, nachts geen last van ochtends hoor je wel veel verkeer. Ontbijt is basic maar goed verzorgd "
