The location was perfect - just a few minutes drive from the lovely village of Fiscardo and the local beach Emplissi was perfect for an early morning swim! Akrivi was a brilliant Host and very kind and responsive to all our requests and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and beaches ! The villa is so well maintained and taken care of and I would highly recommend a visit...

« We really enjoyed our telaxing stay here. We made use of the Bbq both nights and loved feeling so close to nature with the well maintained garden and beautiful mountains surrounding us. You will need a car if you want access to the beaches with gorgeous AntiSamos an easy 15 minute drive. Elena and Nikos were very good hosts always on hand if we needed anything. »

« WE LOVED THIS HOUSE. HUGE PROPERTY WITH HUGE POOL AND LOTS OF PRIVACY. THE BEST PART OF KEFALONIA - CLOSE TO AGIA EFFIMIA AND MYRTOS BEACH. BEAUTIFULLY SUNRISES 0VER THE BAY FROM THE UPPER TERRACE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE VERY SMALL BATHROOMS. THE SHOWERS WERE TINY WHICH MEANT WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR. BUT LOVED THE DESIGN OF THE REST OF THE HOUSE. »

« Had two fantastic weeks here. So peaceful and relaxing and amazing views. Central on the island for sightseeing. Easy to get to see everything in two weeks from here and still have some downtime. Agia Effimia is a lovely little town with enough places to eat and two or three bars for a quiet drink, but not spoilt by tourism. We walked into town several times from the villa. It is perfectly doable, but does depend on your level of fitness. It is actually 2km by road down to the town, but not so...

« What a completely beautiful property in a breathtaking location. The villa, the pool, the garden, the view, the area the ... everything - simply gorgeous. Rosanna and Maria were both fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome, and their support throughout our stay was really appreciated. It was a lovely stay at the start of the warmer weather, before all the tourists descend, but still there was plenty to see and do - and it felt so quiet, untouched and perfect. The local food...

« The location of the property is really excellent, perfect position for exploring the north of the island. Fiskardo is a 10 minute drive away, and two of the best beaches (and beachside restaurants) a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk. Just as great is the short walk to Maganos, a tiny village but with 4 or 5 places to eat and drink and a couple of small supermarkets. »

« The location of the villa gives breathtaking views across the water to Ithaca with incredible sunrises and sunsets. It is even more beautiful than the photographs show . The villa itself is very comfortable and clean and the pool is great and overlooks the fantastic view.
