'This villa is superb. The location is in a secluded, quiet area with just 3 other villas in the location. The villas are all separate and you don't really notice the other villas although this one is close to the twin villa next door. Both remain private. The villa itself is clean with plenty of rooms and all the amenities you will need. There's a coffee machine, sandwich machine as well as full over/hob and washing machine. 'The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area. '

'Erg prettig huis, zeer aangenaam verblijf. Auto nodig voor boodschappen en uitstapjes maar daardoor is het huis en de omgeving erg rustig en stil. De uitzichten op Ithaka en Lefkas zijn prachtig. De beheerders zijn zeer vriendelijk maar spreken geen Engels. Airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer (en die heb je nodig!). Niet al te groot maar voortreffelijk zwembad. Bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant. Contact met de eigenaar verloopt snel en goed. Wij raden het huis zeer aan,'

'Perfect! Het huis en de tuin zijn perfect onderhouden en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele en rustige vakantie. Het huis was zeer proper. 'We have just finished a weeks stay in this lovely villa. We were greeted on arrival by Laure and she gave us all relevant information. The place was spotlessly clean. Laure came in every day to clean and always asked if there was anything else that she could do for us. For us, the location was great. We could walk to the beach and into Fiskardo but one thing I would say is the walk back to the villa is very steep so probably not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. We were there to...

'We had a fantastic vacation with our family at Phivos Villa - the whole vibe of the villa, incredibly complete and spacious, with a large, wonderful pool and various areas to sit, dine, relax, with full privacy and great views and for us the ideal location - nearby (ca 10 minutes drive) many good restaurants, boat rental (at Agia Effimia), or e.g Mythos beach.
